(A/N: This oneshot was requested by jspidey101. I hope you like it! The song in the title is a reference to the song of the same name by Ella Fitzgerald. Now, on with the oneshot!)

       My mom, Charlie, and I were just finishing up washing the plates from dinner when the doorbell rang.

       "I'll get it." I said, putting down the dishcloth I'd been using to dry the dishes.

       Charlie and my mom went back to washing and putting away while I made my way to the front door of our apartment. Opening the door, I roll my eyes.

       "What are you doing here, cake-eater?" I asked, seeing my brother's best friend at the door.

       "I'm sleeping over, Princess. What? Did Charlie not tell you?" Adam asked, holding up an overnight bag. I shook my head 'no' before moving to the side to let him in.

       "Charlie! Your friend is here!" I call out, heading back to the kitchen.

       I pick up the dishcloth again and resume drying the now stack of dishes in the drainboard as Charlie goes into the living room. I hear him and Adam talking but I don't pay much attention to it.

       "No plans with the girls tonight, Y/N?" My mom asked, finishing washing the last of the glasses.

       "Nah, I figured I'd hang out at home tonight." I said, drying a plate.

       My mom just nods and helps me finish before heading to her room. I decide to go to the living room to read my book. Adam and Charlie are sprawled out on the couch, watching highlights from a recent hockey game. I grab my book and flop down in the armchair next to them.

       "Did you see that new girl today? Jenny, I think her name is?" Charlie asked Adam.

       "Yeah. She's hot." Adam said.

       I roll my eyes as I listen to them launch into a whole conversation on who the hottest girls in school are and whether they'd date them. It's when they start discussing the girls' bodies that I scoff and retreat to my room.

       It's nearly 2AM when I hear a soft knock on my door. I quietly get up out of bed and pad across the room to my door. I quickly open it and grab Adam by the arm and pull him into my room.

       "What took you so long?" I asked.

       "Sorry! Charlie wouldn't go to sleep." Adam apologized. He leans in and kisses me briefly before following me over to my bed. We lay down, side by side, facing each other. "Did you set the alarm?"

       "Yeah. 30 minutes before Charlie usually wakes up so you can sneak back into your sleeping bag." I said.

       "Good." Adam said, smiling. He wraps his arms around me and pulls me in close.

       We lay there for a few minutes just enjoying the others company. He presses kisses to the top of my head as I giggle softly.

       "When can we tell Charlie about us?" Adam asked, suddenly.

       I groan and sit up, pulling myself from his arms. "Adam..."

       "I'm serious, Y/N. He should know that I'm dating his little sister." Adam said, sitting up as well.

       "And he will know. I just don't know how he's going to take it." I admit.

       Adam and I had been dating secretly for about four months now. I knew we had to tell my brother but telling Charlie anything that includes a change in his life was not an easy task.

       "Can we please tell him soon? I'm getting kind of tired of sneaking around." Adam said, puppy dog eyes in full effect.

       I immediately fold seeing those eyes. "Fine, fine. We'll tell him soon. But for now, let's just enjoy the night." I said. I kiss Adam lightly on the lips, lingering slightly.

       "No problem." Adam said against my lips before deepening the kiss.

       We kiss for a few more minutes before breaking apart for air. I lay back down and Adam follows, wrapping his arms around me again.

       "Good night, cake-eater." I said, playfully.

       "Good night, Princess." Adam responds.

        We both close our eyes and it isn't long before we are both fast asleep.
