(A/N: This oneshot was requested by taylortay8888. I hope you like it! The song in the title is a reference to the song of the same name by The Beatles. Now, on with the oneshot!)

       Barging into my best friend, Luis's, dorm room, I flopped faced down on his bed. Luis, who was sitting at his desk, turned to me and shook his head.

       "Love problems again?" Luis asked.

       I let out a loud sigh before flipping onto my back. "You could say that." I said.

       Luis just chuckled and went back to his homework, leaving me to my thoughts. Little did he know, he was the source of my so called 'love problems'. You see, I've had a crush on Luis for the past year and no matter how subtly I try to let him know, he remains oblivious! I've tried everything at this point but he still just thinks of me as a friend.

       "I don't get you, Y/N." Luis said, turning back to me and officially abandoning his homework. "If you like this person, tell them!"

       "I can't!" I whined.

       "Why not?" Luis whined back. 

       "Because," I sat up and grabbed his pillow to hold against my chest, "If they don't like me back, it'll ruin our friendship."

       "But at least you'll know for sure!" Luis said. He got up out of his desk chair and joined me on the bed.

       "I don't know..." I trailed off.

       "Listen, if it were me, I'd go right up to them, look them in the eye," He looks me in the eye. "grab them by the cheeks," he grabs my cheeks, "and kiss them. You can't be any clearer than that." He said, laughing as he squishes my cheeks together.

       "I can't do that! I'm not as brave as you are." I said through squished cheeks.

       "Then prepare for a life of solitude." He said, releasing my cheeks and shrugging. He stands up and goes back to his desk, picking up one of his books.

       I sit there in silence for a minute before I make up my mind. Nodding my head, I stand up as well.

       "Okay. So according to you, all I have to do is walk right up to them," I walk right up to Luis, "look them straight in the eye," I look him directly in the eye, "grab them by the cheeks," I grab his cheeks, "and then?"

       "Kiss them." Luis said.

       And I did. I leaned right in and kissed Luis softly on the lips. It barely lasted a few seconds before I pulled back but it definitely got the point across. 

       "Like that?" I asked before biting my lip. I watched as recognition slowly dawned on Luis. 

        This was it. The moment I'd been dreading. He was going to reject me. I was going to lose my crush and best friend in one fell swoop. Bracing myself, I slowly lowered my hands from his cheeks and waited for him to speak.

       "No, not like that." He said, slowly.

       My stomach just about fell out of my butt as my heart started to crack. 'I knew it.' I thought.

      "More like this."

       "Huh?"

       Before I knew it, Luis's lips were back on mine. I felt him smile into the kiss and I couldn't help smiling myself. We kissed for a few more minutes before we finally had to pull back for air.

       "So..." I said.

       "So...I think our friendship is officially ruined." Luis said with a laugh. "Wanna try for something more?"

       I laughed as well before nodding. I leaned in and kissed him again. It was the start of a beautiful relationship.
