bad previous relationship (requested)

(Preference: them finding out you were in a really bad relationship before them and how they would react)

(A/N: This preference was requested by nwasslvt! Thanks so much for sending it in. I hope you like it!)

Adam Banks: When Adam finds out that your last relationship wasn't a good one, he goes through so many emotions that he doesn't know which to act on first. Anger, sadness, etc. When he finally picks one, he puts his arms around you and tells you he loves you and thanks you for telling him. You then snuggle for a few hours until you both fall asleep.

Charlie Conway: Charlie, being Charlie, is completely ready to go yell at your ex for the way they treated you during your past relationship. After calming down, he'll kiss you on the forehead and makes sure to reassure you that your previous relationship was not your fault and that he loves you no matter what. He then kisses all over your face until you smile.

Guy Germaine: When Guy finds out about your past bad relationship, he immediately pulls you in close and says how sorry he is that that happened to you. He promises to never make the same mistakes your ex did and vows to tell you how much he loves you every day. And you know he means it.

Dean Portman: Dean has to stop himself from going on a warpath when he finds out how badly your ex hurt you. He has to calm himself down so he doesn't scare you and when he does, he's the gentlest you've ever seen him. Though mentally, he's preparing to beat the crap out of your ex.

Fulton Reed: When you tell Fulton about your previous relationship, he's quiet for a while. When he realizes how quiet he's been, he immediately hugs you and says how he's not mad at you but mad about the fact that he wasn't there to protect you. He'll hold you close for as long as you'll let him and gives you many kisses.

Lester Averman: Averman finding out about how bad your ex was to you makes him the most serious you've ever seen him. He paces the room a few times before using a few choice words to describe your ex before regaining his composure and going back to sit next to you. He puts his arms around you and comforts you the best he can. 

Luis Mendoza: When you mention to Luis how bad your past relationship was, Luis is immediately at your side, holding both your hands and placing kisses to them. He tells you how sorry he is that your ex was an asshole to you. He mentally makes note that he has to treat you with extra care and vows to make sure you know how special you are to him.

Dwayne Robertson: Dwayne, usually one of the more level-headed Ducks, is immediately in search of his lasso to hogtie your ex, all the while using the most foul language you've ever heard him use. You talk him out of it slowly and realizing he should comfort you instead, he pulls you in for a hug and kisses a lingering kiss to the crown of your head, whispering 'sorrys' all the while.

Jesse Hall: When Jesse finds out about your ex's past treatment of you, he's quick to pull you into his arms and tell you how sorry he is that you were treated that way. He also tells you that if he ever runs into your ex, he'd make them feel just as bad as you felt while with them. For now, though, he's more than content to hold you and whisper reassurances to you.
