Eda woke up very early in the morning to the sound of the opening door. She looked at Serkan. He was still sound asleep. She never was an early raiser, but it seemed like the house woke her up on purpose. Eda sat on the bed, untangling herself from Serkan's arms. He still didn't even stir. She had no idea what time it was, probably just after dawn, judging by the sun behind the windows.

Eda looked at Serkan again. She treated him very coldly yesterday, not speaking even one word to him after they read the quotes, and she ran from the library, and he looked visibly upset by it.

The house made them sleep together again as it closed the door behind them the moment they passed the entrance to the master bedroom. It didn't stop with that. It made the temperature drop and locked the dressing room, so they could dress warmer.

Eda would probably freeze to death, feeling too shy to ask Serkan to warm her up but when her teeth started to chatter, he just looked at her with a strange expression in his eyes, opened his arm for her, and she gladly accepted his invitation, and the cold wasn't the main reason.

Maybe she should make breakfast for them as a thank you and apology for her yesterday's reaction? Eda got up from the bed and pulled a duvet up to cover Serkan. It wouldn't hurt, she thought.

Serkan woke up to the sound of loud music coming from downstaris. He looked around and saw that Eda wasn't in the bed and the door was open. She ran from him the moment she could, he thought bitterly.

This girl kills me!

To his surprise he heard the same words in the song that was playing. Did she choose this song on purpose to make fun of him? Great!

He rolled from the bed, feeling gloomy. He was still in a bad mood since yesterday after he read two last quotes, and Eda ran from him. It briefly lightened when she snuggled into him. It was a huge relief when he offered her his arms to keep her warm during the cold night, and she accepted. He would crawl under the bed and die from embarrassment if she wouldn't. But now it was warm again, and Eda didn't need him anymore.

Great again! He got degraded to the human comforter, or maybe it was the promotion? Who knows?

He went to the bathroom to wash his face. He looked at his reflection in the mirror. She didn't even find him attractive. He knew he was good-looking. Not only everybody couldn't shut up about it, but he had eyes too. He was even a little vain about that.

Too bad it made most people overlook who he really was. Everybody only looked at his face, his money, even his talent and success, and no one gave a damn about what he liked to do and what were his interests, besides working. Everybody assumed he didn't have any. But he did, only it was boring. He never talked with people about topics, he found fascinating because he could see how bored they were when he tried.

Even Selin, who was supposed to be his girlfriend, but first of all, his childhood friend, was only pretending to listen to him when he once tried to talk with her about his interest on the first date of their forced relationship.

She cut him in the middle of a word, thinking he finished, and changed the topic to the next fake charity concert that was only a vanity gala he hated. And she was offended when he slammed the door in her face while she tried to follow him inside his house and was surprised that he told her to call and make an appointment to meet with him.

If she wanted to talk about work, he gave her work treatment. He was rude, but she was rude too. He only gave her what she deserved.

He was rude to Eda too, but she didn't deserve it. She was right, he was a jerk.
