On the morning of Eda's twenty-first birthday, she woke up excited, a bit nervous, but mostly excited. She quickly showered, brushed her hair, did light makeup, and dressed in the most plain pair of jeans and t-shirt she owned. She packed a dark scarf into her bag, grabbed her jacket, and went to the stairs.

She didn't meet her parents when she was leaving the house. She exhaled with relief when she closed the main door behind her and turned toward the gate when a male voice halted her in her tracks.

"Going somewhere, little cousin?"

Eda closed her eyes for a second with her back to Emir, and turned to face him, trying not to look guilty. He was sitting on the bench in front of the house and scrutinizing her with his gaze.

"Yes, why wouldn't I go?" She shrugged. "Did you come here to wish me a happy birthday?"

"No, I will wait for your party in the evening. I came because your dad called me." He smirked at her. "But shouldn't you prepare for your party instead of wandering around the city?"

"I'm going to buy a dress for my party."

"Today?" Emir cocked his brows, getting up from the bench and coming closer to Eda.

"Yes, today. I decided in the morning, I have nothing to wear."

"Girls." Emir said with an ironic smile and rolled his eyes at her before leaving her on the porch and entering the house.

Eda let out a breath she was holding the entire time, looking grimly after him.

Eda was in the old part of the European side of Istanbul, walking quickly along the Golden Horn heading to the Egyptian Bazaar, where all Serkan's clues were pointing. She had big, dark sunglasses on, and put a scarf on her hair, covering partially her face. She knew Serkan would find her, as he didn't give her an exact meeting point, and the bazaar was just a general location.

Eda stopped under one of the entrances and checked the time, she still had around half an hour before their meeting time, so she decided to go inside to buy some lokum and mix with local customers and tourists.

She just stopped by the shop near the other exit, watching lamps, when she felt a hand brushing her back, and a hot breath tickled her ear as her scarf slid slightly from her hair.

"Happy birthday, baby." Serkan whispered and took her hand, quickly pulling her toward the entry.

"Where are we going?" Eda trotted after him as he left the building and joined the crowd, turning into a narrow alley, one of many leading to the Grand Bazaar.

"We're going to play tourists." He smirked, turning again this time, into an empty alley and pulling Eda into a gate.

She smiled when he pushed her against the door. She took his baseball cap from his head and removed his dark sunglasses to cup his cheeks as he leaned to her to capture her lips with his. The scarf fell off her hair as Serkan's kiss took her breath away. He pressed his body tightly to hers, not leaving any space between them, and stroked her thigh and ass, using a brief moment when they were alone and nobody was watching them.

"Hi." He smiled when they pulled back, and Eda was gasping for air. "Did you miss me?"

"Yeah." She panted out, securing her scarf around her hair and putting Serkan's cap back on his head. "I never saw you in one of these."

"Maybe when we move to the States, I will change my image, and I started practicing now?" Serkan joked, peaking Eda's lips again, and laced their fingers.
