A/N: As you might already hear, I'm off for my vacation and won't be back with any stories until September.

That means that there won't be any new updates for 'Turbulence' and 'The Boss', either.

Meanwhile, not to leave you without any update from me, I prepared in advance a new short story, which I hope you will like.

Enjoy :)

"So, would you like to go for a walk or grab a coffee in a more private place? Eda?" A male voice took Eda out of her daydreaming.

She looked up at the man sitting in front of her. He was handsome. His dark eyes and hair complemented his olive skin tone, but she couldn't help the thought that she preferred reddish hair, fair skin with a tiny drops of freckles on the nose, and hazel eyes, which once looked brown, once green, once blue, and sometimes even golden.

Her boy had those eyes, and they were the most beautiful eyes in the world. And those eyes paired with a big sincere smile were her ruin. No one ever came close to him. No matter the sad fact that when she saw him for the last time, they were just sixteen and he never was her boy nor she's his girl, but she couldn't forget about him.

"Maybe another time." Eda answered, hoping she didn't sound too rude.

She didn't even know what the man in front of her was talking about throughout the entire dinner. She just zoned out during the appetizers, nodding and adding half-words from time to time while, in reality, she was thinking about her dream version of her perfect man, who didn't even exist, but whom she gave an external appearance and character traits of her first and sadly, last love ever.

"I will call you." Eda added, reaching for her purse to pay for the meal, when the man stopped her.

"It's one me." He said.

Eda looked at him, trying to remember his name. Adem, Ahmet, Amin? She had no idea. She felt so embarrassed and bad for this guy.

"Thank you, but you don't have to." She refused with a polite smile, avoiding the man's gaze and going through her purse in a frantic search for her wallet.

"I insist." He called for a waiter and paid the bill before Eda could protest again, so she didn't have any other choice but to smile and let him walk her to the cab.

They stopped outside the restaurant, waiting for the driver to arrive, when the man turned toward her with a slightly sad smile and asked. "You won't call, am I right?"

Now, Eda felt very sorry for him. He seemed like a nice guy, but not for her.

"I won't, I'm sorry."  She shook her head.

"You're going to tell me it's you, not me?" He cocked his brows and smiled again.

"But it is me." She answered apologetically, praying for the cab to arrive quickly, or the ground open under her, anything to get out of this uncomfortable situation.

The man looked at her, and to her surprise, there was a thoughtfulness in his eyes, not a hurt pride, which she rather expected. "Whoever is stuck in your head, Eda Yildiz, he will be a very happy guy, but you should go for him."

Eda's eyes widened, and her mouth fell open. How could he know? She had never told anybody about her unfulfilled love.

"Is it so obvious?" She uttered, still in deep shock, and when he nodded, she asked. "Can I tell you something? I lost contact with him years ago. I don't even know where to find him."
