The update is here.
I'm sorry it took so long.
It's a chaotic one. But, I hope it's up to your standards.

Please bear in mind that I've been on a 7 month hiatus.

I hope the jumping back and forward in time isn't too confusing.

CHAPTER SEVENTYTHREE

Aemond was the first to wake up that morning. They had fallen asleep very late, talking about what they were going to do if they both got through this alive. Vis had shared her concerns over the fact that Aemond was the prince that was promised and if that meant that he was the one who should have to try and get rid of either Dimin or Narissa.

Because, if she was with child, she could not see a future where there was a chance that she was going to raise that child alone if he fell to the war.

She had decided that night that she was going to ask Lyara if she had had visions of their future and if that future involved that they would both be together raising their daughter, as she had informed them would be the heir that she had seen.

So, during breakfast that morning, that is what she did.

"I have only seen the daughter, and my visions did not show me if you were both alive to raise her." Lyara had taken a sip from her tea, watching the worried expression of her queen stay worried.

"I'm just scared that I'll lose you. Now that I have just gotten you back." Vis was looking at him now. He just nodded.

"I'm sure we will both be alright." He tried to ensure her.

By the time the morning came to an end, they were all headed to the Citadelle in a wagon dragged by four horses. Otto had arranged for them to have their transportation be of the best kind, and he had sent a whole group of guards with them just in case.

Aemond was capable of protecting them alone, but there was no reason for them to take any chances. The word of the crisis would spread quickly, and there were always people in every kingdom who did not like the Targaryens.

Vis was wide-eyed, walking into the Citadelle. It was a grand building. Made by the greatest architects of the time. Golden statues from the faith of the seven and great detail to the structure that would amaze any visitor.

They were greeted by the high grand Maester. He was an old man, and if you laid your eyes on him, you could tell the man was wise and full of knowledge.

Vis had sent a raven days ago that she would arrive to collect information about the white walkers, which South of the north were called 'the others'.

So the High Grand Maester took them to his office and had all three sit down. Once inside, he had presented them with several books that had the type of information that they were looking for.

"Do you have anything that you can tell me about the woman of no dragonblood that was able to claim the dragon Merlor? Her history, her family?" Vis had asked as she did not know anything about her, and she knew that if they were going to beat her, they needed to know about her and her life.

"Narissa Rivers. Bastard daughter of Henry Blackball from Riverrun. Her mother's name is unknown. She was likely a whore." Grand Maester Frank informed.

"We know that she had a great obsession with dragons from a young age. She saw her first dragon when Daemon Targaryen was visiting Riverrun about 20 years ago. She claimed the dragon Merlor after your brother Aegon became king. After that she disappears from the continent. She is mentioned in a maester that had his place in Pentos' diary. But only because she was a woman with black hair, riding the big dragon."
