A smile tugged of the corners of her lips as she neard the school ground. She played with the ribbon who graced her hair, while the thought of Jungwon crossed her mind, and she couldn't help but smile.

The thought of yesterday's moment when he faced her and the fact that this boy had touched her, even if it was only her hair, made her heart beat faster. Her excitement for the boy increased and she couldn't concentrate on anything but him.

After changing her shoes at her locker, she found the girl who had destroyed the gift that was so dear to her heart. Nabi panicked, hid behind the lockers and heard another girl from her class gossiping about her.

"She's so stupid."

"Arrogant of her to think he could like her."

"He's just being friendly to take advantage of her for her innocence."

"I wouldn't do anything else."

From word to word, she felt sadness. Nabi believed them, because that's what you do when you've had nothing but negative experiences with everything for so long.

You believe the words until they eat you and can no longer allow anything positive to happen. Nabi followed the two subconsciously as a wave of guilt washed over her.
She couldn't explain what she blamed herself for.

Nabi entered the classroom without giving the student a glance and sat down in her seat.
The classroom was spacious, with large windows that let in plenty of daylight. The view outside revealed a gray sky that bathed the schoolyard and the surrounding landscape in a subdued light.

She took her favorite scarf out of her backpack and wrapped it around her neck, burying her face in it.
The weather was so cold that it was perfect for gloves, hats, scarves and warm jackets.

The only thing that bothered her were the skirts, which were far too short and offered little protection in this frosty climate. Not even the stockings made a difference whether they were removed or not.

She rested her head on her arms, which were resting on the table in front of her, and looked out of the window.
Outside, the outlines of the trees could be made out, dancing with the wind. The soft murmur of the students and the rustling of leaves through the open window made a muffled background noise.

What she didn't realize was that Jungwon was watching her every move. He had been waiting at school for some time, not for lessons, but for the girl.

When he woke up in the morning, the first thing that came to his mind was her and the ribbon that embellished her appearance.
He found it strange, because he had never been to school so early, and he had never been excited to go to school.

His eyes inspected her closely, from her shoes to her hair. He couldn't find the ribbon, which made him feel strange.

It took a lot of courage, but he got up from his seat and continued on his way to her table without giving a glance to the students who were looking at him.
