Sunoo was shivering outside in the winter, waiting for Jungwon and Nabi, who should be coming out of the school building any moment now. He wondered what was taking them so long, whenever a scenario popped into his head, he would just shake it off slightly, pull out his airpods, and browse through his playlist. His finger landed on the song "Heather" by Conan Gray.

As time passed, there was still no sign of them, making the wait seem like an eternity. Deciding to take action, he dialed Nabi's number, hoping to get an update.

After trying once more to reach her by phone and still getting no response, he murmured, "Maybe.." His gaze shifted towards the school building, curiosity getting the better of him.

With a determined step, he made his way inside, embarking on a search for the two, his mind racing with possibilities as the melody of the song played softly through his airpods, a stark contrast to the cold, silent world around him.

Navigating the dimly lit hallways, Sunoo's footsteps echoed, the usually bustling corridors were now deserted, giving the school an eerie, abandoned feel. He couldn't help but feel a bit out of place, the music in his ears a surreal soundtrack to his search.

Watch as he stands with her, holding her hand

Put his arm 'round her shoulder, now I'm getting colder

But how could I hate her? She's such an angel

As he walked, he peered into classrooms and checked common areas, his concern growing with each empty room.

"Where could they be?" he muttered to himself, pulling out an earbud to better listen to the environment around him.

He rounded a corner, his footsteps hastening with anxiety. The thought of finding them together, perhaps sharing a moment he was not a part of, gnawed at him. Yet, he pushed these thoughts aside, focusing on the immediate need to find them, to ensure they were okay.

Finally, he reached the school's exit, that led to the sports fields. It was a long shot, but at this point, he was willing to explore every possibility. The door creaked as he pushed it open, stepping out into the crisp evening air, his eyes scanning the darkened field beyond.

He felt a strange blend of hope and dread, unsure of what he might find yet compelled to keep looking.
With a deep breath, he ventured forward, his determination fueled by concern for his friends and a need to understand what was keeping them so long.

He's got you mesmerized while I die

His steps quickened as he moved across the field, eyes darting from one shadow to the next, half-expecting, half-dreading to see them emerge from the darkness.
There were some students bid goodbye to the boy as they passed by.
