After everything that had happened, Sunoo realized he needed some time alone with Nabi. The night of the ball had been overwhelming for both of them, and he wanted to create a moment where they could simply enjoy each other's company without the noise of rumors or misunderstandings hanging over them.

A few days later, he called her. His voice was warm and cheerful, though there was a hint of nervousness as he asked, "Hey, Nabi. Do you... maybe want to come over tonight? Just us. No distractions, no drama. I'll even cook for you."

She hesitated for a moment, caught off guard by the offer. But the thought of spending a quiet evening with him, away from prying eyes and judgment, sounded comforting. She smiled softly into the phone. "I'd like that," she said.

Later that evening, she arrived at Sunoo's house. The cozy warmth of his home was a welcome change from the chaos of the past few days. Sunoo greeted her at the door with his usual bright smile, though she noticed a touch of nervous energy in the way he adjusted his sleeves.

"I hope you're ready for my cooking," he said with a playful grin as he led her inside. "I can't promise it'll be gourmet, but it'll definitely be made with love."

Nabi laughed softly, the sound light and genuine for the first time in days. "I'm sure it'll be perfect," she replied.

Sunoo had prepared a simple but thoughtful meal, the scent of it filling the air as they sat down together. For the first time in what felt like forever, they could talk freely, without worrying about who might be watching or what others might think. The conversation flowed easily, laughter mixing with the soft clinking of plates and utensils.

After finishing their meal, they moved to the kitchen to clean up. Sunoo took charge of the washing while Nabi handled the drying. It was a simple, domestic routine, but the lightheartedness between them made it enjoyable.

As she reached for another plate to dry, she felt a sudden splash of cold water hit her arm. She froze, blinking in surprise, before turning to see Sunoo grinning mischievously, holding the sponge like a weapon.

"Sunoo!" she exclaimed, half-laughing, half-scolding.

"What?" he said innocently, shrugging his shoulders, though the playful glint in his eyes gave him away. "Just thought you needed a little cooling off."

Nabi narrowed her eyes, trying to look stern, but the smile tugging at her lips betrayed her. She shook her head, laughing softly as she picked up the towel to flick it at him in retaliation. "You're so immature!"

Sunoo dodged the towel with ease, chuckling. "Admit it, you're having fun," he teased, splashing her again-this time a little more deliberately.

Nabi gasped, trying to shield herself with her arms. "That's it!" she declared, pretending to lunge at him, but Sunoo was quicker. Before she could retaliate, he grabbed her gently by the wrist and spun her around, catching her from behind.
