Y/n was currently swinging around New York in the after noon, keeping out for crime as was part of his daily routine, he perched him self on the edge of a building. "Hmm....no super villain attack or bank robbery...maybe I can head for the day." Y/n swinging his legs of the edge of the building. " do my eyes deceive me?" Y/n asked himself as he hyper focused on the ground, he then smirked as he saw a very familiar police woman talking to a witness. "Looks like today won't be so bad after all." Y/n smiled under his mask as he swung to a nearby building.
"I wish I knew more, you can help him right?" A young woman in distress spoke to the officer.
"Il do everything I can, I suggest heading home so these guys don't get any ideas, il keep you updated Ms. Gomez." The officer spoke in a firm tone.
Ms.Gomez nodded and headed to her car and drove off, the police officer currently looked over her notes when suddenly.
"Do we have a mystery on our hands detective Diaz?" Y/n said playfully hanging upside down by a thread behind her.
Rosa signed and put her notepad and pen away, she should have known he would show up today.

"Oh great, Spider-Man's here, my dreams have come true." Rosa said in her usual monotone as she looked at y/n.
"Aw cmon, we've been meeting like this for a while, not even a little difference in tone?" Y/n asked.
"Oh I'm sorry I'm not one of your typical fangirls." Rosa said as she adopted a more jovial expression. " like oh my god it's Spider-Man! This is such a dream come true!" Rosa imitiated the most recent interaction she had seen with Spider-Man and a fan he and saved.
Y/n was perturbed. " not at all what I meant, please don't do that again." Y/n almost begged, what she did was unnatural.
Rosa rolled her eyes. " go bother somebody else, I have work to do." Rosa said as she started walking away, y/n then dropped down to the floor.
"Whoa hang on, whats up? Anything big? Need some muscle?" Y/n asked palming his hand as he followed.
"No, go be a clown somewhere else." Rosa said firmly as she kept walking.
Y/n sped up and blocked her path. " hey cmon, it was a serious question." Y/n said firmly, he may joke around alot but he understands the nature of what rosa has to deal with.
Rosa couldn't see spider-mans face but she knew body language, for once since she had known him, he was being serious, she sighed through her nose. " The woman's little brother was messing with the wrong crowd, got caught up with some gangsters, owed them money and after he no doubt couldn't pay, they snatched him up off the sidewalk, its been a day, and time isn't a luxury." Rosa explained.
Y/n nodded. " damn, well, aint no stranger to some gangsters, why not go together? I could be your back up." Y/n offered though she noticed she really wasn't enthusiastic about it. " you would be calling the shots." Y/n added.
Rosa raised an eyebrow with interest. "Hm, i need to do this quietly, and you stick out like a giant red and blue." Rosa said eyeing spiderman up and down.
"Whoa! Ease up on the costume its a classic." Y/n said defending the suit that made spiderman, spiderman.
"Its an eyesore." Rosa responded, dealing a blow to y/ns confidence.
"Mean, what if i changed? i got more than one suit." Y/n offered, if suit color was really an issue he could remedy that.
"Black?" Rosa asked as it would be exactly what was needed so the hero wouldn't get spotted so easily in a dark area.
Y/n nodded. "Yup."
Rosa then came to a decision. " alright, your in." She then got close and glared at him. "But you do what i say, when i say, and if i hear a damn quip out of you in the middle of it you're gonna lose fingers." Rosa threatened poking the hero in the chest.
Y/n thought she was exaggerating "Aw cmon you would-"

"Holy Shit! Yup noted, no quips!" Y/n exclaimed holding his hands up.
Rosa gave a small smirk. " good, now go get changed, meet me at the old abandoned building in midtown, don't keep me waiting." Rosa ordered as she put the large knife away.
Y/n saluted. "Yes officer, don't eat too many donuts!" Y/n said as he jumped and swung off.
Rosa watched him go and she couldn't help but have small smile and think something to herself as she got in her bike.
"Nice ass" rosa thought as she put on her helmet and drove off.
