Y/n was currently in his home sitting on his couch and watching his favorite anime.
Peridot walks into the living room"Human, im having trouble reaching for.." peridot stops as she looks at what her human is watching. "What is this?"
Y/n didn't pay any mind to being called human, his two gem roommates had called him that since they met, they knew his name they just never bothered to change it, its a term of endearment at this point.
"Dragon ball Z, its an anime." Y/n answered.
Peridot raised her eyebrow and took a seat next to him"Whats an anime?" She asked in confusion.
"Basically a cartoon show." Y/n wasn't in the mood to explain the world of anime right now.
"Are they in space pods?" Peridot asked in interest.
"Yup, they're an alien race." Y/n answered.
Suddenly y/n and peri heard running and jasper came into the living room.
"I heard alien race, are we under attack?!" Jasper asked with a battle hungry smirk while summoning her helmet.
Y/n chuckled. " No jasper, its a fictional alien race."
Jasper blushed. "O-oh, thats unfortunate." Jasper groaned putting away her helmet, she would have loved to fight, she walked over and occupied the empty side of the couch next to y/n. " so they are aliens?" Jasper asked crossing her arms at the show.
"Yup, warrior race called saiyans." Y/n explained.
"Heh, they sound fun." Jasper smirks.
"Ugh a planet full of jaspers, what a nightmare." Peridot said frowning the hating the idea.
Suddenly Nappa blew up the city.
"Whoa! Thats how you make a statement!" Jasper yelled loving the destruction.
"I will say that it's nice to feel represented height wise." Peridot said with a mirthful smile as Vegeta was quite shirt.
And it was then, that y/n got an idea.
A Few Weeks Later. Halloween.
"Hey y/n!" Steven who was dressed as a pirate greeted.
Y/n was dressed as a vampire. "Hey steven, ready to fill our bags with candy?" Y/n asked as he had is bag over his shoulder.
"Sure am matey!" Steven said in a poor pirare accent, holding up his own bag.
"Are jasper and peridot coming?" A viking dressed Greg asked curiously.
"Jasper!? Peridot?! We have shed those names!"
Y/n greg and steven look at the source of the voice that was standing infron of y/ns home.
And there they stood.

"Im nappa jr...." Peridot said in irritation. "The store ran out of vegeta costumes."
"Awesome!" Steven exlaimed happily. " i can't believe you got them to celebrate!" Steven said looking up at y/n.
Y/n smirked. "Its all about what you're into, and they are now into DBZ"
" disrespect me and i will fire the Garlick Gun!" Jasper said cockily.
