Amity sighs as she puts this the book down on the table infront of her and sits on the couch.

Camila walks out of the kitchen with her cup of coffee and notices the sad state her daughter's girlfriend is in. " what's wrong amity?"

Amity gives a light smile. " oh nothings wrong exactly, it's just this Spanish language is preety difficult." Amity says looking at the book she was study.

Camila gives her a smile, happy she was even gone as far as to to learn the family's language. "Well first things first amity, no one learns a language overnight." She the lifts up the book. " and this is a cook book." Camila says playfully.

Amity frowns at the reveal. " Gus!"

"My bad!" Gus yells from upstairs.

"How do luz and y/n speak it so fluently?" Amity asked in curiousity.

Camila takes a seat beside amity. " well me and manny spoke it around them when they were very young , so like children they were sponges and absorbed it fast, it helped that y/n spoke it to her frequently as well." She explains.

"That makes sense, and it explains why they flow English into Spanish." Amity said chuckling she then thinks of something, " oh I noticed y/n seems to yell some words, I'm sure it's Spanish and luz always scolds him when he does." She said thinking back to
y/ns angry moments.

Camila sighs shaking her head. " yes, y/n has a potty mouth even in Spanish." She says as she takes a sip of coffee.

"Has he always had one?" Amity asked curiously.

Camila nods. " before moving to graves field, y/Ns friends showed him the words, and he let one of the words fly knowing I don't like that language in this house." She says blowing her cup of coffee.

"How did you deal with it?" Amity asked in curiosity.

"Washed his mouth out with soap." Camila said simply.

Amity's eyes widened, that seemed a bit out there as a punishment, before she could question, the two topics of the conversation walked inside the house.

"We're back from the store!" Luz cheered holding a bag of snacks.

"They ran out of milk." Y/n said as it was on the list of shopping , he then felt a sting on his neck and slapped it in irritation. "Coño! Damn mosquitoes." Y/n groaned.

He then felt deadly energy as he looked up and saw his mom glaring at him, and he realized his mistake. " shit I mean fu-I didn't mean-"

"Muchacho freco! (Rude boy)!" Camila yelled as she as she picked up a chancla.

"Mom chill I'm sorry!" Y/m yelled as he ran away, not getting very far as Camila caught him.

" I thought she was kidding." Amity told luz in shock as she watched Camila wash y/Ns mouth out.

Luz chuckles and wraps an arm around amity. " oh no, mom never kids, especially with bad words, i keep warning him but the dumbass never listens." Luz chuckles.

"Tu tambien!? ( you too!?)". Camila shouts at luz, ready to give her the same treatment.

Luz eyes widen as she messed up too"AHHHH!!" Luz yells running away with Camila running after her with a sponge and soap.
