In the narrow and silent corridor, a fragile young woman stood behind Kreacher.

She was slender, with a delicate figure, about the same height as Ginny, wearing a light blue dress.

The dress was thin, soaked by the sudden rain outside and clinging tightly to her body.

The young woman's face was hidden under a pink straw hat, with the brim so low that her face couldn't be clearly seen.

Evan could only see her long, pale blond hair, slightly pointed at the ends.

Raindrops fell on her hair, and the floor was already wet.

She seemed unprepared for a storm. Due to the cold, her body shivered, looking very helpless.

Evan was puzzled for a moment. The young woman seemed familiar to him, but he was sure she was neither Cho nor Gabrielle.

Seeing the straw hat on her head, suddenly he remembered!

Last Christmas, he and Hermione went to Diagon Alley to celebrate, and the street shops were having festivities.

With magical fireworks, a large number of Christmas gifts fell.

Hermione was captivated by a charming pink straw hat. They ran in Diagon Alley for a while before following the straw hat to an alley where a huge Christmas tree lay.

After a brief kiss, Hermione panicked and fled. Elaine picked up the straw hat and took it.

Evan's eyes widened, the person soaked in water was Elaine Slytherin!

The next second, Elaine lifted the edge of the straw hat slightly, and Evan saw her clearly.

Elaine's delicate features matched his memory well, like those of a lovely porcelain doll.

Her skin was very pale and bloodless, but not as repugnant as other vampires.

Notably, Elaine's wine-colored eyes stood out. The red was very pure, very deep.

They seemed to have some inherent magic in them. Once you looked into them, you were deeply immersed.

"Evan, I..." Elaine said.

Her voice was quite distinctive, clear with a slight hoarse tone.

"Wait, come in!" Evan drew her inside, glanced at both ends of the quiet corridor, then nodded to Kreacher and said, "Remember, don't tell anyone about this!"

Given the delicate identity of vampires, Elaine's arrival had to be kept a secret.

"Yes, Master Evan, Old Kreacher will keep the secret!" Kreacher bowed deeply and disappeared.

Evan closed the door and looked at Elaine in front of him, only to realize he might have gotten himself into a big problem.

Since their last parting in Diagon Alley, he thought they might never meet again.

Who could have imagined she would come to his door now?

Evan still remembered she couldn't stop thinking about biting him and sucking his blood.

Of course, in return, Elaine would give Evan a first embrace. She would suck and consume his blood and magic, give back some blood to him, and turn him into a vampire. Their blood would mix.

For vampires, the first embrace can cause great harm, and it can only be done when the relationship with the person is intimate to a certain degree.

Especially in Elaine's case, it would be her first embrace, perhaps even the first time she would bite someone. With this in mind, Evan should be honored to be bitten, but he wouldn't be pleased anyway.

But when she found Evan, the girl seemed very happy, with a charming smile on her face.

"Elaine, why are you here?" Evan said, taking a deep breath.

"I said I would find you again, but my uncle was very strict, and I didn't find the chance to escape!" Elaine smiled and said, "I heard my uncle mention that he saw you a few days ago; he spoke highly of you."

Her uncle was Caresius Slytherin, the powerful leader of the vampire group that supported Voldemort.

In the ruins of the Centaurs, to help Voldemort obtain the Philosopher's Stone, they allied to set a trap, enticing hundreds of dark wizards and greedy adventurers with gold, killing them with magic, and then using their flesh and blood to break the magic left by the evil god and the fallen Centaurs.

In the final minute, Caresius could even directly confront Dumbledore and leave with Voldemort and the statue of the evil god.

From this point of view, he was certainly a terrifying individual.

Like Voldemort, he was a being of pure malevolence, powerful, not to mention that his very existence was taboo for most wizards.

But there seemed to be something strange about these vampires. They were not truly aiding Voldemort.

Just a few days ago, in the final minute, Caresius even helped Evan get the Philosopher's Stone instead of giving it to Voldemort.

This was truly worth pondering, but Evan had to admit that he really owed the guy a great favor.

He didn't expect Caresius to hold him in such high regard either.

"My uncle finally agrees with me. He thinks that maybe you're the person mentioned in the prophecy and will help us out of our predicament," Elaine said. "But he thinks you're still weak, not a match for those monsters. He's not sure, it might be that guy. He needs to think it over carefully."

"That guy?!" Evan was stunned for a moment, then hurriedly asked, "Voldemort?!"

"Yes, that's the name. They brought him back from the forests of Albania. It is said that he has the same ancestry as us. Everyone is ready to help him regain his strength." Elaine lowered her voice and looked extraordinarily pale. "To tell you the truth, I don't like him, he's too eerie! Everyone talks about him very cautiously. They don't even dare to call him by his name directly."

Elaine seemed slightly terrified as she seemingly recalled something.

It seemed that even for the vampires, Voldemort was a formidable and malevolent presence that had to be handled with caution.

"Elaine, where are your uncle and Voldemort now?" Evan asked.

Harry's dream showed that they were together, plotting something.

"In this camp!" Elaine said. "They seem to be planning something, but my uncle won't let me participate. He just asked me to come and watch the Quidditch World Cup final. At noon, I heard other people say they saw you here, so I came."

Evan looked at Elaine in dismay, unwilling to hear what she would say next.

He did not expect Voldemort and the vampires to actually be in the camp, hidden among the crowd watching the Quidditch World Cup.

They were definitely preparing another one of their conspiracies, which was not good at all.

The horror in the ruins of the fallen Centaurs was still fresh in his mind. Evan did not expect to encounter Voldemort again so soon.

It was mentioned that over 100,000 wizards came to watch the Quidditch World Cup this time. Most of them were frail elders, women, and children, powerless to fight.

Evan hoped that Voldemort would not act too rashly, or else...
