As if orchestrated, the commotion in the stadium converged to a focal point, escalating into utter chaos.
After endless banter, fans from both sides finally lost their patience and clashed with each other!
Scaling the simple railings, they hurried towards each other's stands. Or more bluntly, they brandished their wands and cast spells from a distance.
With more and more people joining, the conflict in the stands swiftly escalated into a large-scale skirmish and brawl.
Wizards drew their wands, wielded them with fury, and unleashed various dark spells upon their opponents.
Witnessing this scene, the Ministry of Magic officials no longer fretted over the Veelas and goblins but swiftly rushed towards the stands.
"It seems that something is amiss down there," Evan expressed with some uncertainty.
The uprising seemed to have erupted too suddenly and extended a bit too far.
"Fear not, we shall handle this issue!" Mr. Weasley frowned. "Let us assist the department in maintaining order. Charlie, Bill, Percy, the three of you come with me; Sirius..."
"I will also take a look. I will return shortly. Remember, stay here and do not venture anywhere until I come back!" Sirius remarked. "Evan, keep an eye on Harry."
He then followed Mr. Weasley and other Ministry officials out of the box and descended to reinforce those up front.
Watching their backs, Evan had an ominous feeling deep in his heart.
It seemed like something was about to happen. He rubbed his eyes, hoping it was just an illusion.
Everyone was stunned by the escalating brawl in the stands below, only Harry and Ron were unaware.
Their minds were still caught up in the game and failed to notice anything else.
"What the hell is going on?!" Ron removed the Omnioculars from his eyes and exclaimed. "Can't you see it? Krum is injured, timeout, he can't play like this!"
"The match?!" Ludo Bagman exclaimed, surprised.
He seemed to have regained awareness and shifted his gaze back to the air, recalling that there was still a game.
"Oh, yes!" Bagman proclaimed. "Krum is bleeding, looks like he's broken his nose! But it seems he has spotted the Golden Snitch!"
"Lynch has seen it too!" Harry shouted.
In the air, both lunged almost simultaneously, but Krum was slightly further.
In the stands, some Irish supporters rose in another massive wave of green, cheering for their Seeker.
Krum was on his tail. How could he see where he was going? Harry wondered; there were specks of blood swirling in the air behind him.
Nevertheless, he was closing in on Lynch as they both plummeted towards the ground again...
"They are going to collide!" Hermione shrieked, diverting her eyes back to the match.
"No!" Ron yelled.
"Lynch is going to!" Harry cried out.
He was right. For the second time, Lynch hit the ground with tremendous force and was immediately trampled by a mob of enraged Veelas.
"He's got it! Krum has it, it's over!" Harry shouted.
Krum, his blood-spattered red robe glistening, ascended smoothly in the air, fist raised, a flash of gold in his hand.
The scoreboard flashed BULGARIA: 160, IRELAND: 170 amidst the oblivious crowd. Then, slowly, like a large aircraft revving up, the roar of Irish supporters grew louder and erupted into cheers of joy.
"IRELAND WINS!" Bagman shouted, appearing surprised by the sudden end of the match. "KRUM CATCHES THE SNITCH, BUT IRELAND WINS... My goodness, I don't think any of us expected that!"
Why did he catch the Snitch? Ron shouted, jumping and applauding with hands raised. "It ended when Ireland was a hundred points ahead. How foolish!"
"I knew they would never catch up!" Harry shouted over the noise, also applauding fervently. "The Irish Beaters were exceptional. Krum wanted to finish it his way, that's all..."
"Wasn't it brave of him?" Hermione whispered to Evan.
Evan did not reply. He had no time to spare for the match and Krum.
Just below, in the stands, the chaotic battle raged on, spreading ever wider.
Despite all the officials of the Ministry of Magic being gathered there, it was futile. The battle was unstoppable, gradually escalating and expanding.
Various hues of magical rays soared through the air, while roars, screams, and magical explosions melded together, breaking the clouds so powerfully that they scattered.
The scene was utterly staggering, leaving everyone astounded.
Especially when viewed from above, the reason was crystal clear: there were 100,000 wizards here! This was undoubtedly the grandest battle in magical history!
"God, what are they doing?" Bagman exclaimed, astonished. "The game is over, Ireland has won!"
Evan watched in surprise as the situation gradually spiraled out of control, and suddenly he realized. He could sense the scent of conspiracy.
He recalled what Elaine had told him when he went to the tent. Voldemort and the vampires were ready to act tonight.
He pondered deeply, realizing that it was likely Caresius purposely had Elaine come and give him a warning.
But Elaine was not explicit, and he didn't know what plan Voldemort was scheming.
Initially, Evan thought it would happen in the camp after the match, as in the books, a procession of Death Eaters. They would sow confusion and then go to Crouch's tent to rescue Barty Jr.
It never occurred to him that Voldemort would start directly in the middle of the match and create such chaos.
This guy was definitely a complete madman, worthy of his title as the evilest, always causing an impact!
Evan hurried to the edge of the stands and observed the situation below carefully.
"These people are all mad! They should be celebrating, but they are all fighting!" Ludo Bagman exclaimed, eyes wide with amazement, looking at the tumult below, utterly terrified.
"Where is Barty Crouch?" Fudge murmured. "Can anyone tell me what is happening down there?"
The initially small-scale battle had spread across all the stands.
Evan saw many individuals with dark red hoods and masks on their faces, casting spells everywhere.
They were sowing chaos, and the crowd was growing increasingly anxious.
