"We are safe!" exclaimed Harry joyfully.

"I can't believe it, it's Krum. He really came down to rescue us!" Ron shouted excitedly.

Inside the box, everyone was immersed in shock and joy at the arrival of Krum and other Quidditch athletes.

Seeing how happy Harry and Ron were to see Krum, no one would have suspected they were in a crisis.

Krum appeared darker than he looked in his portrait. He seemed very confused, his face covered in blood.

The two dark circles around his eyes were striking, and the Golden Snitch remained in his hand.

He landed heavily on the ground, his movements not as coordinated.

His legs were slightly apart and his shoulders clearly slumped forward.

"What the hell is going on, why...?!" Krum asked.

Before he could finish, he was abruptly interrupted by Evan. "Mount your brooms and get out of here. Hurry!"

Evan signaled for everyone to hurry. It was not the time for chatting.

He could sense that Caresius was already close to the box, and could perceive his powerful and dangerous magic.

The Quidditch players who had just landed did not understand the situation, but under Evan's insistence, they made room for Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny, Fred, and George to get on their brooms.

Everyone was about to act, but Evan's face changed dramatically.

"Damn, it's too late!" he gasped and raised his wand.

To the surprised eyes of everyone, Evan quickly turned around and a white shield emerged from the tip of his wand.

The next second, there was a bang and the entire box shook.

In the violent explosion, the chairs held at the door by Evan, along with the door, shattered into fragments that flew in all directions like randomly fired bullets.

Evan's shield shimmered with ripples, like those formed when stones fall into a calm lake. All the fragments were blocked and fell to the ground.

The smoke gradually cleared, and the figure of Caresius appeared in front of everyone.

As before, he wore a black cloak, over which there was not a speck of dust.

With a simple white mask on his face, he entered gracefully, like an aristocrat invited to a masquerade ball.

"Good evening, everyone!" Caresius whispered, bowing slightly with etiquette.

His eyes wandered over everyone's faces, lingered on Evan for a few seconds, then quickly moved away.

Finally, they settled on Harry, and the vampire nodded with satisfaction.

Harry stepped back and covered his forehead. He felt a sharp pain in his scar.

"I apologize for interrupting your party. Believe me, I feel just as uncomfortable being here tonight!" Caresius spoke slowly. "So, allow me to quickly resolve our issue, I believe the Stunning Spell is a good choice."

"You all go. No matter what happens, do not look back!" Evan yelled.

The light at the end of his wand grew stronger and stronger, and the powerful spells were ready to be cast from both sides.

As soon as Caresius made a move, Evan would not hesitate.

"Interesting, you seem to believe you can stop me, don't you?!" Caresius looked at Evan with interest, as if he had found a new toy.

"The only way for both of us to know if I could, is by trying!" gasped Evan.

Under the pressure of his opponent's powerful magic, his spirit was on guard.

The next second, without any warning, a dark blue light came out of Evan's wand. It went downwards, towards the remnants of the chairs on the floor.

The debris twisted and deformed rapidly, turning into dozens of gleaming daggers that flew towards Caresius.

Caresius did not move. He remained in place and looked at Evan with interest.

Just when everyone thought Evan's magic had succeeded, his figure disappeared in a strange manner.

Like a small black hole, Caresius was swallowed by the surrounding light, leaving only a dark shadow.

Evan's blue spell passed through where Caresius had been and landed on the floor.

With a crunching sound, the thick floor and underlying tiles quickly corroded. Soon, a hole formed through which the floor below could be seen.

The power of this magic left everyone in awe.

"Not bad, your magic is advancing rapidly!" said Caresius.

His figure appeared out of nowhere behind Evan, as if he had been there all along.

"But you still need to improve your skills. That's not how magic is used."

Evan gasped and swiftly turned around.

Obviously, Apparition was not allowed here. He didn't know how the vampire had done it!

But vampires clearly possessed a peculiar magic, different from that of common wizards.

He saw Caresius sweep his wand. There was a metallic clang. Suddenly, sinister red chains emerged from the ground, entangling Harry, who was hastily trying to mount a broomstick.

Several screamed loudly, but the red chains tightened more and more.

This was a specific binding spell of vampires, one Elaine had once used on Evan.

He knew that the more he struggled, the tighter he would be bound by the chain.

With a few wrapping around him, Harry certainly wouldn't be able to free himself. Things didn't seem to be going well.

Evan quickly waved his wand, and all debris in the box, including the trophy, floated.

They lined up in a row, like meteors, rapidly advancing towards Caresius.

"As I said before, your tricks are useless against me!" said Caresius, frowning.

Once again, his shadow vanished from its position, evading Evan's attack. What he was using was unique, something Evan had never seen before.

But the latter seemed to have anticipated it. He gasped and ran as fast as he could to reach the stands with his friends.

In front of him, Caresius' figure slowly materialized in the air.

He had barely wanted to speak when he suddenly stopped.

He looked down and was surprised to see that the ground beneath his feet had turned into a quagmire.

Evan's tactics worked; Caresius was sinking quickly, his movements slowing down.

Whoop, whoop, whoop...

A huge circle of golden fireballs appeared in the air above Caresius' head, bringing scorching heat to the small box.

Empowered by all of Evan's magic, these fireballs could melt even steel! If they so much as brushed Caresius, they would cause him great harm!

"What do you think of this method?" asked Evan, panting, before quickly waving his wand downward.
