It took a great deal of effort for the dragon keepers to subdue the fierce dragon that had gone mad due to the Conjunctivitis Curse and gradually calm it down.

The Short-Snout was completely enraged with Krum. It spread its wings and stared fiercely at all the wizards who dared to come close. Its yellow eyes were bloodshot and fierce. The dragon kept howling horribly and raised its neck to breathe blue flames into the sky.

Everyone wondered how the dragon would react upon realizing half of its eggs were missing.

After Krum, the second to appear was Fleur, and all were eagerly awaiting her performance.

"One down, three more to go!" shouted Bagman as the whistle sounded again. "Miss Delacour, please!"

Fleur emerged; she seemed to be trembling from head to toe, not as composed as Krum.

She held her head high, wand grasped firmly in her hand. Compared to the enormous creature in front of her, Fleur appeared particularly fragile.

She stood there gracefully in her pale blue Beauxbatons robes, her beauty reaching to the soul.

Across the field, there was another beauty embodying strength in its full glory.

Fleur's opponent was the Common Welsh Green, the most prevalent type of dragon in Great Britain, with a long history.

Thousands of years ago, humans had caught glimpses of the Welsh Green.

Unlike other dragons, symbolizing evil and terror, in Anglo-Saxon England, the Common Welsh Green used to appear on flags, and Muggles considered it a symbol of true strength and courage.

Due to its noble status, it often appeared in all sorts of literary works and paintings passed down through generations.

To this day, the Welsh Green remains the nation's symbol in Wales.

The wizards had set up a reserve for the dragon in the Welsh Mountains, surrounded by thick brush, allowing them to hide well.

Furthermore, the Common Welsh Green Dragon is among the least troublesome of dragons. It prefers to feed on sheep and actively avoids humans unless provoked.

Although not easy to see, the Welsh Green has a distinct, surprisingly melodious roar and emits its green fire in fine jets.

As expected, upon seeing Fleur, the Welsh Green did not lunge.

Though they were very close, it offered a friendly nod, and the dragon's beautiful and poignant roar was truly captivating.

Of course, having a good temperament did not mean it was easily intimidated.

If Fleur continued to approach or dared to touch its brown eggs, this Common Welsh Green would have torn her apart without hesitation.

"Miss Delacour is fortunate. Let's see how she plans to move this dragon!" Bagman exclaimed jubilantly. "Oh, what magic is this? I'm not sure it was wise of her to do this!"

Fleur intended to cast a more elaborate spell, as if she were dancing, her body swaying with her wand.

Smoke emerged from the tip of her wand, drifting slowly towards the dragon.

The scene was very pleasing to the eye, but people doubted its effectiveness.

"What is she doing? Is she dancing?" Hermione said, puzzled. "I've never seen this spell before."

"It should be some sort of rare Enchanted Dream spell. I think she probably wants to use the smoke to induce a hypnotic state in the dragon," Evan said, closely observing Fleur's movements. He had never seen this magic, but he could feel its power.

Overall, Enchanted Dream spells are rare and challenging to cast. Only very few wizards can use them.

"Enchanted Dream spell?!" Harry stared at Fleur for a long while, uncertain. "Do you remember the Veelas dancing at the Quidditch World Cup? I feel like Fleur is dancing like them."

Upon Harry's recollection, Evan realized that Fleur's movements were indeed similar to those of the Veelas.

Of course, she must be human, not a Veela. But with Fleur's dance, each of her movements possessed an extraordinary charm, with a seductive strength.

Most of the boys gazed at her, confused and captivated by Fleur's beauty.

It was no wonder this charm had something to do with Fleur's Veela heritage.

Evan saw the pale blue smoke, focused on Fleur, slowly moving forward, spreading around the body of the Welsh Green, who suddenly fell asleep. He lay down gracefully and began to slumber.

Without a struggle, Fleur easily passed the test. Now she only needed to approach and take the golden egg.

Obviously, Fleur also thought so.

She approached as everyone held their breath; all fearing to awaken the dragon.

Among the audience from Beauxbatons, Gabrielle observed Fleur attentively, her petite face full of tension and expectations.

"Incredible, Miss Delacour has done it, with her beautiful dance and magic!" Bagman also lowered his tone and said appreciatively, "She's got it... almost... oh, dear God, I thought she had it then!"

In the middle of the arena, Fleur approached the dragon, appearing completely at ease.

Just as she was about to pass over the dragon; the Welsh Green, who had fallen asleep, suddenly snored.

A great burst of fire shot out, Fleur dodged, but sparks caught her skirt, which suddenly caught fire.

The flame rose, and the audience erupted into noise.

It seemed they had noticed the dragon's head move slightly and would soon awaken.

This scene was truly thrilling, everyone was worried for Fleur.

If the Welsh Green awakened at that moment, she wouldn't even have the chance to escape and would be turned into minced meat directly.

Fleur was clearly in a state of panic. It was a matter of either continuing to advance or temporarily retreating.

If this Welsh Green were to awaken, it would surely rage upon her furiously. Fleur had neither the time nor the opportunity to use the same magic to put the dragon back to sleep. She thought her charm would succeed and had not prepared any other magic.

She hesitated, looked at the huge green dragon in front of her, and made a decision.

In the next moment, Fleur hurriedly grabbed the golden egg as fast as she could, ignoring the fire on her body.

The moment she got the golden egg, the wizards who had been waiting nearby rushed forward.

Dozens of wands pointed at Fleur, and water gushed out to extinguish the fire on her body.

Splash, splash, splash...

The water columns kept spraying Fleur, leaving her completely soaked.

At that moment, her beautiful pale blue robes had been burned into a short skirt.

The remaining part also turned translucent, revealing a splendid scene, leaving the boys fascinated.

Evan could vaguely make out her undergarments underneath, not the same as he had seen before. The color was different...

Fleur ignored everyone, holding the golden egg and swiftly leaving the arena.
