3rd Person POV
Paul stepped away from the girl he desired so deeply to kiss. A sigh passed through his pink coloured lips as he glared at the blaring phone. His nostrils flared at the ruined moment, reluctantly stepping up to the phone as two others joined them in the kitchen.
"Swan residence." His rough voice echoed in the quietness of the room.
The H/c girl stepped away from the wall whisper calling for her sister with her hands reaching out. Bella offered her arm immediately to Y/n clasping her own hand over the girls as the three onlookers apprehensively waited for Paul to tell them who was on the line.
"He's not here right now. He's arranging a funeral." Paul responds to the person. The sound of the wall phone connecting to the wall mount echoing as an indication of him hanging up.
"Who was that?" Y/n asked softly.
"What?" Bella says when all they were met with is silence.
"Always in the way." Jacob scoffs.
"Who was that?" Bella demands out of Paul.
"Bella, step back." Jacob warns, his anger boiling. Paul stayed quiet. Y/n listened not entirely sure what was happening right now.
"Jake, who was that?" Bella demands knowing full well, thanks to Jared, that he could tell her because of their wolf telepathy.
"Bella! Y/n!, it's the boys. They think you're dead. Rosalie told them why I came here." Alice's voice chimes behind us after reentering swiftly from outside.
"Why would you...Why didn't you let me speak to him?" Bella yells.
"He didn't ask for you." Paul finally chimes.
"Bella." Alice calls out to the girl taking Y/n's now free hand in her cold one as Bella had dropped it to step forward during her barking at the boys.
"I don't care!" Bella yelled back to the boy.
"Why is it everytime you two talk, you're arguing!" The blind girl exclaimed, voice rising in octaves to express her obvious annoyance at the pair. "What's going to happen Alice?" Y/n question caused silence to fall upon the room.
"They're going to the Volturi. They want to die, too." Alice informs causing gasps to simultaneously leave the twins lips.
"We have to go." The blind girl's voice was a flourish of rushed words expressing the panic that coursed through her at the thought of her mate dying because of a misunderstanding.
"Yeah." Bella says. Before anything was said Bella rushed off to get both of their passports while Y/n rushed into the living room dragging Alice to grab her cane. The vampire scoops the girl into her arms bridal style as she speeds out of the house.
The look on Y/n face showed how much she missed that feeling. Being with the vampires, carried in their arms as they zipped her places.
Alice quickly placed the girl in the backseats of the car allowing Bella to jump into the front once she had locked up the house.
