Y/n's POV

I am crippling on the floor, every fibre of my being burning as if set a light. The pain is excruciating. Tears run down my face staining it as they leave their trails behind. Screams leave my mouth making it hoarse and raspy.

Then the miracle happens.

Amidst my screams and the darkness of my eyes comes a light that soon focuses on the pale coloured walls around me. I am in a circular room, vanilla-coloured walls lined with the same coloured stone benches circle the room. There's a glass dome ceiling above welcoming the daytime into the room.

Then through the pain I see him, Jasper, scared with a hint of shock as he looks on at my writhing body. His chalky skin drained to an impossibly pale colour, slightly wavy honey blonde hair cropped at the collar dropping slightly in his face, his wide golden brown eyes which watch on in horror.

He was exactly how I imagined him.

I am pulled away from my slumber as a sadness sets in that causes real tears to slip past the sockets of my closed eyes. More only flows when I open my eyes to meet darkness and not the sight I had just been dreaming of.

"What's wrong?" His southern drawl rings from beside me, all while he wipes the tears from my cheeks with his thumb.

"Nothing." I say with a small smile.

"Then why are you crying?" He presses, holding my chin between his forefinger and thumb.

With a sniffle I sit up in my bed. Jasper following my actions and facing me. "It was just a dream, a really good dream." I admit while whipping my eyes with the sleeves of my bed shirt.

"What was it about?" Jasper continues to question. I shake my head smiling as I curl up into his side.

"You." I say while he runs a hand along my arm careful not to irritate the healing wounds.

"Me?" He says quietly.

"Mhmm, I could see you with my own eyes, you looked exactly as I'd imagined. I was happy to be able to see you and not have to rely on my hands or ears." I partially admit tilting my head up at him.

His hand came to my cheek and I heard him exhale a smile. "Is that why you were crying?" He says voice is filled with teasing. I pout my lips earning a chuckle from him which is short lived by Bella knocking on my door and coming in.

"We're headed to Cullens." She says, turning away before I chirped up.

"It's the middle of the night Bella." I complain.

"Just get ready." She dismisses, I sigh and slump back into Jasper's arms.

"Any idea what that's about?" I ask Jasper.

"Unfortunately, no." He admits as he helps me get out of bed.

"Just pass me that oversized hoodie, I can't be bothered to dress." I say nudging my chin in the direction of all my hung up coats, jackets and jumpers.
