My Hero (BAPA Version)

No One's POV:

It was finally the weekend. Bose and Chapa were heading to his house to wind down. To be specific, Bose was driving them both home. Yeah, Bose actually got his license. He aced his written test and his actual driver's test for the first time. Hard to believe, but he actually prepared.

Anyway, after a few minutes, Bose and Chapa pulled up into the driveway. He had to do it pretty carefully because some of the driveway was covered in ice.

As Bose turned off the car, he and Chapa opened their doors, and they looked down to make sure they were clear to get out safely. There were little patches of snow where they were, so they figured that they were in the clear.

Bose managed to get out safely, and it turned out that the patch of snow that was on Chapa's side of the car was secretly a patch of ice hidden under the snow, so when Chapa stepped out, she ended up slipping and falling.

Bose both saw and heard her fall, and he immediately rushed to check on her, not caring that there was ice on the ground.

Bose: "Are you okay?"

Chapa: "A little, but... I think I just hurt my knee a little bit."

Bose tried to help her up, but then, he saw that there was a bigger problem.

Turns out when Chapa stepped out of the car with one foot, the force of her little slip made her other foot go underneath the seat of the car, and she ended up getting it stuck.

Chapa tried to wiggle it free, but it was stuck in there pretty tight. Bose tried to help her, but it was no use. Then, he got an idea.

Bose: "Give me a second."

Bose hit a button that unlocks the back doors, and he opened the one behind Chapa. He looked under the seat and saw Chapa's boot up under there.

Bose: "On three, I'll try pushing on your boot, and at the same time, you'll try pulling on it. If that doesn't work, I'll see if I can unzip your boot so you can pull your foot free."

Chapa: "Got it."

Chapa sat back down in the seat so that she didn't lose her balance and fall on the ice again.

Bose: "Alright. One, two, three."

At that, Bose pushes while Chapa pulls. They managed to move her foot a little bit, but it was still a little stuck. Bose decided to just move on to the next plan, and he got onto the floorboard.

He felt for the zipper on her boot, and when he found it, he slowly unzipped the boot. He resisted the urge to tickle her foot as soon as her boot was off. With that, Chapa was able to pull her foot out. She flexed it a little to make sure she didn't end up hurting it as well. Thankfully, it wasn't hurt, just her knee from earlier.

Bose wiggled the boot with his hands, trying to get it out. After a few more seconds, he managed to finally free it from under the seat. When he did, he gave it back to Chapa, and she put it back on and zipped it back up.

Bose grabbed both their school bags and handed Chapa hers, and he closed the back door. He helped Chapa stand up in case her knee was really hurt. When he did, he closed the passenger door, too.

Bose: "That was crazy."

Chapa: "Yeah, all that ended up happening just like that."

Bose: "But at least you're free."

Chapa: "Yeah..."

Chapa smiles and gives Bose a kiss.

Chapa: "Thank you, Bose. You really saved me."

Bose: "I'm always willing to do anything for my beautiful Chapa."

Chapa: "Aww, honey..."

This time, it was both of them that kissed at the same time. When they pulled away, they walked up to the front door, unlocked it, and they went inside.

Bose: "Did you end up hurting your foot, too?"

Chapa: "No, it's just my knee that hurts."

Bose: "Well, that's good. If it was both, I don't know what would've happened."

Bose and Chapa make their way over to the couch and set their school stuff down. Chapa takes her boots off and sits down, too.

Chapa: "Yeah, and speaking of my knee, I should probably get some ice for it."

Bose: "Allow me."

Chapa smiles as Bose turns around to go to the freezer to get ice for her knee. As he does, she softly sings to herself...

Chapa: 🎶There Goes My Hero🎶

Bose: 🎶Watch Him As He Goes🎶

Bose ends up knowing the song that Chapa was singing. After he got the ice, he made his way back to Chapa.

Chapa: 🎶There Goes My Hero🎶

Bose: 🎶He's Ordinary🎶

Bose nears Chapa as she props her leg up on the table in front of them. He carefully sets the ice pack down on her injured knee. Chapa had decided not to roll up the leg of her pants because it might make her knee hurt more. She could still feel the ice on her knee, though, which was good.

Bose sits down next to Chapa and they share another kiss. This one went on for a little longer, though.
