End Of Beginning (Part 6)

Bose's POV:

My alarm clock suddenly woke me up. I slowly opened my eyes and sat up. I spent a few seconds trying to process what the hell I just dreamt about.

I think it started out with me and the rest of my friends finishing up another rehearsal, only Chapa didn't know, then her mom called and told me that I was corrupting Chapa, then later that night, her came down to my basement and abused Chapa physically and mentally.

Then, I think her mom and my mom had a fight, and my mom went down, and I think after that, with this being unintentional, we crashed her mom's car and made it look like she did it and not us. Then, we went back to Chapa's house and... had sex, and I believe that's where it ended.

How the fuck did I dream all that? Well, no time to think about that now, I gotta get ready for school. Oh yeah, speaking of which, it's the last day! I'm so happy to not have to do any school stuff today, it's just going to be a day filled with fun.

I got ready for the day, and when I was done, I basically ran to school, which I never really do, but I had to make sure Chapa was okay and that nothing bad that was in my dream actually happened. Eventually, I had to stop for a bit because I was close to passing out.

I took a little sip of my water, then I pressed on. When I got to school, I saw that there was a sign that said "Happy Last Day, Seniors" hanging over the wall. I saw Chapa waiting outside the doors.

Me: "Chapa!"

I ran over to her, and she notices me.

Chapa: "Hi, Bo-"

I wrapped my arms around her before she could finish. She was confused, but hugged me, too.

Chapa: "Uh... Bose, are you okay?"

I pulled away.

Me: "I don't care if I'm okay, all that matters is that you're okay."

Chapa: "Of course I'm okay, why wouldn't I be?"

Me: "I had a dream last night, and... things didn't go so well."

She places her hand on my shoulder.

Chapa: "Well, that was only a dream, and this is real life now."

Me: "Yeah."

I thought about it for a moment.

Me: "Chapa, there's something I need to get out of the way first."

Suddenly, the bell rang, and everyone starts heading inside.

Chapa: "Sorry, Bose, but I think it should wait. This day's all about having fun and not doing any schoolwork and I don't want to miss it."

Me: "No, it can't wait. I need to do this now."

Chapa: "Do what?"

I couldn't form it into words, so I did the next best thing. I pressed my lips against Chapa's own lips. I could tell she was surprised, but she put her hand on the side of my face and kissed me deeper. I wrap my arms around her waist, taking in the feeling of Chapa's beautiful, warm and soft lips on mine. When we pulled away, we smiled.

Chapa: "And this day just got a whole lot better."

Me: "It sure did."

We giggled, then walked inside. It was then when we saw Mika, Miles and Buddy standing there, clapping and cheering. We both went flustered at the same time.

Miles: *to Mika* "I've been saying for a long time that these two were gonna get together."

Mika: "No, you didn't, I've said it for a longer time."
