Sunday na ngayon and I'm currently having lunch with my parents here at my place which really took me by surprise. Bigla na lang kasi silang dumating, I was about to have a very nice hot long bath. I pouted at the thought.

Gahd, ang awkward ng atmosphere ngayon. Bakit kaya? Normally kasi, si Mama lang ang pumupunta dito to have lunch with me. Supposedly, Papa has business stuff even on Sundays pero I think today's an exception. Meron siguro 'tong importanteng sasabihin. Pinagpatuloy ko na lang ang pagkain.

"So, you are spending your trip together with Ken at New York?" Papa finally broke the ice. Uminom muna ako ng tubig at tumango. Bigla naman bumilis ang tibok ng puso ko. Hindi niya na ba ako papayagan? Or gagawin niyang three days lang?

"Hmm, I see. Well, hindi na ako magpapaligoy-ligoy pa. Gusto ko lang sabihin na mag-ingat kayo doon, may tiwala naman ako kay Kendrick but I don't want any harm coming to you." Seryosong wika niya. Napalunok naman ako.

"Pa, it's just New York. I've been there every summer so bakit masyado ka nag-aalala? Tsaka five days lang yun."

"Bianca, anak. You are graduating this Wednesday, and that's a big deal for me. You'll be handling one branch of R&R, so I am worried. You're the heiress of R&R." kalmado lang naman ang tono ni Papa pero kita ko naman na may pag-aalala rin sa kanyang mga mata.

"Listen to your papa, Bianca." Sabi naman ni Mama.

Tumango naman ako. "I will take care, promise."

"So, how was the party tonight? Nag-enjoy ba kayo?" tanong naman ni Mama.

"Yeah, it was fun." Tipid kong sagot. Tumango-tango naman sila ni Papa.

After that awkward lunch with my parents, I decided to have my long bath. Naglagay ako ng rose petals at ang favorite bubble bath ko. Then I'm also eating French macaroons, which are my all time favorite sweet treat.

Bigla naman bumukas ang pinto ng bathroom ko.

"Gahd, Darcy sabi ko sa'yo wag mo akong istorbohin."

"Sorry po Miss B, pero nandito po kasi si Ma'm Ve—"

"Hi B! It's okay Darcy, I got this." Bigla naman pumasok si V at tinapik ng kaunti si Darcy sa balikat. Lumabas narin si Darcy at iniwan kami ni V. Umupo naman si V sa edge ng bath tub.

"Why are you here? On a Sunday? Akala ko may mystery date ka ngayon." I took another bite off the macaroon. Bumuntong hininga naman si V.

"Well, it turns out yung mystery date ko pala is si Dean! Gosh, we both joined the same club so ayun. Un-freakin-believable." She muttered. Akmang kukuha sana siya ng macaroon pero pinalo ko kamay niya.

"Damot mo B ha. Tsk, anyway our grad pictorial is tomorrow why don't we have a facial?" anyaya niya sa akin. I gave her a bored look.

"Please B? I badly need one, and maybe a mani-pedi?" she offered. I continued eating.

"Fine, my treat!" she exclaimed and stood up. Ngumiti naman ako. Kinuha ko naman yung box ng macaroon at inabot sa kanya.

"Macaroon?" alok ko. She took one and went out of the bathroom.

"Magbihis ka na B!" habol niya pa.
