Sunday na ng hapon dito sa New York. I love the weather today, medyo may araw pero malamig ang hangin. Isang red na dress ang sinuot ko ngayon, at isang white na cardigan. Kasalukuyang andito kami sa Grand Central Terminal to have dinner.

Yes, kasama ko siya. As much as I hated losing a game, this one was definitely worth the loss. Sobrang close talaga ng game namin kahapon, almost 5 points lang ang nailamang niya sa'kin. Pero like I said, it's definitely worth it. Pinaghandaan talaga ito ni Steven. I never thought that I will enjoy so much. Maaga niya akong sinundo. 10:30 pa lang, nagbrunch na kaming dalawa sa Wolfgang's Steakhouse at Park Ave. Then we headed straight to the Film Forum to watch this documentary about Art. Almost 3 hours din yun pero hindi siya nakakaboring.

Then we had some snack at this Mexican restaurant called El Toro Blanco, and loved their chips and salsa. Dumiretso naman kami sa mga ilang boutiques na malapit sa hotel ko. Namili naman ako ng ibang accessories like wallets, pouch, and bags. Binilhan ko rin ang mga minions ko ng mga pabango. And Steven bought me this bangle from Cartier.

We also went to the Modern Museum of Art but it's also famous in New York as MoMa. And grabe, ang ganda ng exhibit nila doon. It was really mesmerizing, ang dami ko ring kinuhang pictures doon. Ngayon, nandito kami sa isang restaurant sa loob ng Grand Central Terminal. It's called Shiro of Japan.

Steven must have sensed my favorite cuisine, kaya sobrang excited ako dito.

"You look so happy." Puna nito sa akin habang nakatingin ako sa menu.

"I love Japanese food." Masiglang tugon ko rito.

"Wow, perfect." Wika niya. Matapos nun umorder na kami at hinintay na maiserve ang pagkain.

Bigla naman nagring ang phone ko. Veronica is calling. I glanced at the time and it's 7:00pm. 7am palang sa PH ah? Something must be important.

"Uhm, Steven will you excuse me for a minute? I just need to take this call." Paalam ko sa kanya. Tumango naman siya at tumayo ako patungo sa labas ng restaurant.

"Hello, V? Ang aga mo naman napatawag." bungad ko rito.

[Well, hindi ka kasi tumawag kagabi. Akala ko ba uuwi ka na?] medyo natawa ako kay V. I totally forgot to call her last night siguro dahil na rin sa excitement ko.

"Uhm, bukas pa V." tugon ko dito.

[Bakit? Ano ba yan, I was excited you know.] rinig ko ang lungkot sa kabilang linya. I sighed before speaking again.

"Well, it's Steven. He wanted to spend another day with me." Saad ko naman. Bigla naman siyang tumili.

"Gahd, V. Chill, makatili naman wagas." Sita ko sa kanya.

[Sorry B, I just can't help it. Yieee, is Steven the new guy?]

"Loka ka, he's not my new guy. I just enjoy being with him. And besides, it was just from our game last night. Natalo ako at yun ang consequence. Another day in New York and siya na rin ang bahala sa flight ko pabalik." Kwento ko sa kanya. I can hear her squealing and rambling OMG on the other line.

[I think you enjoyed the loss, huh.]

"You could say that. Ano ba V. Anyway nandito kami sa Grand Central and we're having dinner." Napatingin naman ako sa may glass and I saw that the waiter is already serving our food.

[Gosh! Make kwento pag-uwi mo ha. Ano oras ba flight mo?]

"Di ko pa alam. Hindi niya pa nabigay yung ticket ko, tawagan na lang kita. Okay?'
