Hindi pa rin ako makapaniwala sa nangyayari sa akin ngayon. Nananaginip ba ako?

It's almost my turn to walk. Nakikita ko na si Papa sa 'di kalayuan at nakatingin siya sa akin habang nakangiti. I don't know if I want to smile or cry. Either way I'm still in a mixed emotion state.

Masaya ako dahil kay Kendrick. He's here and he planned all of this. I don't mind getting married even without his proposal. Just the thought of him being here is okay. Ngunit bakit ngayon lang 'to? I've been waiting for so long and I've been hurting as well. 'Yun bang akala ko wala na akong pag-asa. Just when I am about to give up, tsaka siya darating muli.

Nagsimula na akong lumakad. In every step that I take, my heart beats faster. 'Yun bang akala mo mahuhulog na siya sa dibdib mo? Ganun ang nararamdaman ko ngayon. Mahigpit ang paghawak ko sa bouquet hanggang sa narating ko na kung nasaan si Papa.

Isinukbit ko ang kaliwang arm ko sa kaliwang braso niya at naglakad kami. Ibinaling ko ang tingin kay Kendrick.

Isang all white na tux ang kanyang suot. His jet black hair is brushed up and nothing much has changed in his appearance. He's still that handsome man I've fallen in love.

Our eyes met and it felt like home. Hindi ko pinutol ang titig namin sa isa't isa hanggang sa makalapit ako sa kanya. Papa gave me a quick peck on the cheeks and gave me a quick hug as well. He went to his seat and then I faced Kendrick. He smiled widely as he reaches out for my hand.

Nang mahawakan niya ang kamay ko, feeling ko nakuryente naman ako. Call it cliché pero kahit kailan, hindi ko mapigilan ang nararamdaman ko tuwing siya ang kaharap ko. I met his eyes again and I know I'm starting to tear up.

"I'm sorry I took so long." He whispered. "I wanted to be the perfect man for you."

I just smiled and let my tears fall. Everything feels so right. Nakatingin lang kami sa isa't isa. Nagumpisa naman na ang pari sa kanyang opening rites. Tahimik lang kaming nakikinig at pasulyap-sulyap sa isa't isa.

I looked behind us and saw all of the people dear to us, smiling and they seem all very happy at the moment. Kahit naman ako eh. Hindi ko akalain na ganito ang mangyayari. I never expected to be in this day. Mukhang ako yata ang kauna-unahang bride na hindi alam na kasal niya ngayong araw.

"Since it is your intention to enter into marriage, join your right hands, and declare your consent before God and His church." The priest told us kaya naman naghawak kamay kami. We even faced each other.

"Kendrick Van Frost, do you take Bianca Skye Razon, for your lawful wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do you part?"

Kendrick gave me the gaze that melts my heart. "I do."

"Bianca Skye Razon, do you take Kendrick Van Frost, for your lawful husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do you part?"

I don't know what's with me pero I can't seem to say it. Instead, a soft cry escaped from my mouth. Nabitawan naman ni Kendrick ang kamay ko. He cupped my face and I can see his worried expression. I can read that he's thinking I might say no so I exhaled and smiled.

"I do," my voice almost broke and then Kendrick smiled widely. It was the happiest I've seen in him.

The priest spoke again until the rings are there. Nakaharap lang iyon sa amin at kinuha naman ni Ken ang isa.

"Skye, take this ring as a sign of my love and fidelity. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit." Sinserong saad ni Kendrick. Then he slid the silver ring onto my finger. May tatlong diamonds ito na magkakatabi at gold ang edge ng kabuuan ng singsing.

Kinuha ko naman ang isa pang singsing at ganoon rin ang sinabi ko.

"Kendrick, take this ring as a sign of my love and fidelity. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit." Then I slid the ring on his finger.

"I now pronounce you, man and wife. You may now kiss the bride."

Dahan-dahan namang inangat ni Kendrick ang aking veil. He lifted my chin. Dahan-dahan siyang yumuko and I can already feel him coming closer. I can feel his breath brushing against my face. I closed my eyes as I felt his lips touched mine.

Inilapat ko ang dalawang kamay ko sa kanyang dibdib at siya naman ay nakayakap sa aking baywang.

Hindi ko napigilan ang pagngiti, at naramdaman ko rin na ngumiti siya. He deepened the kiss even more. Pakiramdam ko kami lamang ang narito. We both kissed each other passionately, it was the lightest feeling I have ever felt. His kiss never failed to make me feel alive, every part of me wants him.

Napahiwalay kami sa isa't isa nang marinig namin ang paghiyawan at palakpan ng mga tao. Nagkatinginan kami at mahinang napatawa. Then we both took a quick glance at our guests and back to each other. Muli niya akong hinalikan pero mabilis lang.

He caressed the side of my face as we let go from the kiss.

"Mrs. Frost." He jokingly teased. I let out a soft chuckle and I felt my cheeks blush at what he said.

"I love you." Wika niya. "Your love has kept me alive for the past years and I would never exchange that for anything. Ikaw lang ang mahal ko, ang minamahal ko at ang mamahalin ko habangbuhay. Thank you for not giving up on us even when I did." he grinned and I can see that there are tears welling up from his eyes. His cheesy lines are also making me cry.

"I love you more, Kendrick. Every part of me knows it. I always find my way back to you no matter what happens. You will always be the love of my life because you are my destiny." Nakangiting tugon ko naman sa kanya. He then pulled me into a hug.

Siguro ito na ang pinakamasayang araw sa buhay ko. Hinding-hindi ko makakalimutan ang araw na ito. Kahit kailan ay hinding-hindi ako mapapagod sa pagmamahal sa kanya. Our relationship is like a rollercoaster ride, it has many ups and downs, twists and turns but it's definitely worth the ride.

And I'm very happy that I fell in love with him.

Since MY DESTINY has come to an end, magpo-promote po ako syempre. Pagbigyan niyo naman ako. Haha. I have another ongoing story, and it's entitled STRUCK BY CUPID'S ARROW.
