Chapter 65 More Adventures

The next morning.

Star wakes up bright and early to a sunny day. She heard the birds singing and the wind blowing as well. She knew that today was going to be a bright day. Star than gets up from her bed and rushes to the bathroom to take a shower and brush her teeth. Today was going to be a casual wear day at the school; so now everyone was gonna feel comfortable. Star of course got dressed in her 1st outfit that she ever wore when she 1st met you. Star takes a quick look at her hair and than made her way downstairs. She slides down the rile of the stairs before hitting the title floor belong.

River: good morning, sweetheart. Did you sleep well?

Star of course gave her dad a hug and she nuzzles him a bit.

Star: I slept great, dad. Thanks for asking.

River: hoho! I'm so glad to see you up bright and early, my dear. Anyways, where is jack? I have yet to have him teach me the ways of the sword.

Stars face drops a bit.

Star: he left back home yesterday, dad. I know you and him were good friends, h it he had to go back home for his reason.

River: oh that's okay, my dear. I was just thinking about if he'd like to stay is all; oh well than. How about we have some pancakes and sausages this morning? I'll tell buff frog to make us some breakfast corn dogs.

Star: that sounds great, dad, but I kinda want ti get to school and see my friends.

River: nonsense, Star, we should enjoy this time together. After all, you and Y/N did change this world for the better. I'll never forget what you two had done for us all. 

Star wanted to go, but she didn't want to disappoint her dad, so she agreed to have some breakfast with her dad and mom that morning.

Now at your castle.

You were trying to feed your baby sister.

Y/N: come on, Mariposa, eat your banana and we can go play later.

Mariposa of course didn't want to eat her banana, and instead she made a mess of the table. You groaned as you tried to feed your sister, but thankfully your mom helped you.

Queen L/N: that's okay, Y/N, you can go have breakfast now. I'll feed Mariposa here.

And your mom was able to feed your baby sister and she didn't even make a fuss about it; that of course caught you by surprise a little bit.

Y/N: I don't understand her sometimes. she can be a little mess at times, and around you, she's completely different. Am I doing something wrong?

Queen L/N: of course not, Y/N. Mariposa is just getting use to having you as her brother and she has yet to know about behavior. For now, just enjoy the summer and my delicious breakfast I made.

You turn to see your father having at it.

King L/N: come on, Son! Have at it! It's your favorite. You are so gonna love the summer things we have planned for you and Star.

You toke a seat at the table.

Y/N: yeah, I'm kinda excited too. I can't wait to see what else we have in store for us.

You than toke some items from the main plate and onto your plate to eat. You didn't notice that time can fly by so fast.

Y/N: ah oh! I think I should get going. I told my friends to meet by the fountain and I don't want to disappoint them.
