Chapter ninety one

"Snow started falling."

It was worse, it was so much worse because ten people had died that night and amongst them were DJ, Enid, Tara and Henry but the one thing that brought what happened to them and what happened to her family, was that one person had their hand in all of it, and yet he was still walking around alive and breathing, Siddiq now not only got her son killed but had buried her four kids alive in the woods and left them to die, where after something like that, getting her kids to go back without her to alexandria was hard but they went.

And she stayed back because as winter began to come around, the kingdom had fallen apart and was unable to be fixed so they were gonna bring them all to the hilltop, but for Daryl with what happened that night between Carol and Scarlett he didn't know how to help, as he walked up to Scarlett, Aaron was standing in front of her watching her stare at Rick's gun, Scarlett had reloaded it and as she did, she put it back in her holster, as she stood up, walking off, Aaron followed her, as they headed to the front gate seeing as everyone was ready to leave, Carol and Ezekiel opened the gates, as Scarlett and Aaron walked out with two others beside them, the others in their wagons followed while others either also walked or road horses, as they headed down the road.

Continuing down the road, Michonne was talking to Yumiko and Magna while Scarlett walked by Aaron, she looked to their left out into the field seeing the walkers, her hand hovered over her gun, but they never came near them "you wanna kill him, don't you?" Aaron whispered to her "I've wanted to kill him before. But this..this is different. He lied to my kids, told them I was hurt and then buried them alive. He's just lucky that none of them died or I would've walked in their and shot him in front of all of you. Still might." Scarlett whispered "well whatever your choice is I'll stand by you." Aaron whispered, as they continued walking, the snow started falling.

Where it soon began too much to even see as they stopped "weather's already kicking in. Even if we hauled ass overnight, we'd never make it." Jerry shared, as Carol and Lydia walked up "we need to get off the roads, find shelter between here and the next way station." Aaron shared "the sanctuary's the closest. We'll head there." Scarlett shared, turning around and starting to walk, knowing she wasn't gonna debate it with anyone.

Heading there, they opened the double doors, and moved in with their weapons raised, but there were no walkers "people actually lived here?" Magna asked "just get comfortable." Scarlett told them, walking off.

In alexandria, Judith, Caroline, Daryl and Rick were all in a room with Negan, Rosita, Gabriel and Siddiq, as Daryl kept glaring at Siddiq, Caroline had her arms around Rick, as Judith looked behind them out the window, other people were in there as well "I swear to god, I have memorized every square inch of this room. And it still feels like a party." Negan shared, laughing "a never ending party from hell." Rosita shared "all right, I mean, sure, it smells like a goddamn barn in here and you're all bored shitless, but.." Negan shared "language!" Judith voiced "sorry. Sorry, kiddos." Negan told them, as he looked to the adults.

"But, I mean, we've got ourselves this hot little love quadrangle here to entertain us. It's like christmas to me." he shared "well maybe there just as miserable at Aaron's or Barbaras." Siddiq shared, as Rosita hummed "Gabe, your girls doc is also your girls baby daddy, which kind of begs the question..do you ever wonder what the hell was going on in there when she had her appointments?" Negan asked, as Gabriel stepped toward's him "you could try to be a little less predictable." he shared "ahh. That hurts, Gabe, truly." Negan told him "you know, we're all grown ups here. And none of us would ever let that ruin the longstanding friendships and mutual respect we have." Gabriel shared.
