"Of course because you are my girlfriend!" I shouted. Shit! Shit! Shit! Shiiiiit!

"Ate. Ate!" I was taken away from the trance as Ashley calls my name. I'm thinking about doing it but I didn't so I let chipmunk be. That was just all in my head. Just a thought that intrude. Damn!

"Mmm?" I answered unknowingly.

"What are you thinking?" She asked. You shouldn't ask that.

"Nothing." I replied with a lie.

"If it's about work I will be pissed." She uttered. She really hates when I brought up work in the dinner table even the slightest bit of it. She'll say 'work should be left in the workplace, it shouldn't be your life' she always reminds me of that.

"No." I denied. I really wasn't.

"So what are you thinking?" Ashley still pushes her question.

"Ashley it's not what, it's who." This damn Alfonso, is he not over teasing me? What will he do if I burst out and if I brought up all the past? This evil creature.

"Oh my, is it the guy who I've seen at the arena Sha?" Ang chismosa Caye. Guy?

"The guy?" Alfonso asked baffled. This couple really matches for each other, now I know why they are destined to be together. They're both cocky.

"Don't start about it, Alfonso. You know you can't win." I said with a firm statement. That's a warning. He won't go deep with that matter because I might involve his late wife's name in the conversation. I'm sensitive about that topic. He immediately became silent. That's what I'm saying.

"How about you Al? Anyone who's trying to win your heart, meron na ba?" Alfonso asked chipmunk instead. You will not believe it, if you know.

"Ah..."

"Nag-isip ka so meron?" Pangunguna ni Alfonso. I saw how Ked and Ashley look at each other and chuckle in secret. Of course you know, bitches. I rolled my eyes at them.

"May isip po ako eh kaya nag-isip ako." She sarcastically answered. Chipmunk is chipmunk. I smirked.
"Ahm meron naman-"

"You have a girlfriend?" Another question from Alfonso. Why would he ever think that? He concluded right away that it's a girlfriend, is the boyfriend not an option?

"Girlfriend agad ang naiisip mo dad?" Wow chipmunk. You call dad with someone else's dad? God sake! The nerve.
"Di man lang boyfriend?" She uttered. Yah, that's what I thought too.

"Duh Alora, you and Ked had been best friends for too long and I know you're not into boys just like Ked." Alfonso shared. Yeah he can tell that but on contrary she's not into boyfriend and she's not into girls either because she's only into me. Only me.

"Wala po akong girlfriend." She answered. I understand why she answered like that, she just respects me and especially this is my family whom I wanted the last one to know about our relationship.

"Weh?" Ked teased her. Chipmunk raised brows to her sending a message that says 'don't even think about spitting it'. I would do the same warning.

"Tita-ninang you told us you have a girlfriend." Keme said in between the conversation. The crowd looks at her and gasp. We cannot lie now.

"Wala akong naaalala Keme na nagsabi ako niyan sayo." Chipmunk defended. Now it's your battle to handle chipmunk, I'm out of this.
