I can't believe I'm actually writing this, my last author's note for this book.
A bittersweet moment fr...
When I first began this story, I had no idea where it would take me. I certainly never imagined the kind of support, love, and encouragement you all would pour into it. From the very beginning, every single read, vote, and comment became the fuel that kept me going.
Truth be told, there was a time, early on, not even halfway through, when I wanted to give up. I thought, "Maybe no one's really reading this. Maybe it doesn't matter."
But then... someone voted. Someone left a comment. And in that quiet little moment, I realized something important:
I wanted to keep going, not just for me, but for you. Because if even one person found joy, comfort, or meaning in these words, then it was worth continuing.
And then that one turned into many of you.
This journey has seen its fair share of highs and lows. Some chapters came easily, others fought me to the finish line. But through it all, this process has been one of the sweetest things I've ever experienced.
I never expected to write 100 chapters. My original goal was 50. But once I began, the words just wouldn't stop. The characters grew, the emotions deepened, and before I knew it, I was swept away. This book became more than a story, it became a love letter.
A love letter to the band that stood by me during my darkest nights. A love letter to all of you, who unknowingly did the same.
And while this chapter may be closing, this isn't the end. Not even close. It's the beginning of something new.
