I hear shuffling outside our room, the attempt of them trying to be quiet only seems to make them louder as they whisper shout through the hall.

"Y'know they kinda suck at this secret thing." I whisper to Noah who murmurs next to me, clearly awake but unwilling to move.

"They try. Especially the long game king." Noah whispers against the crook of my neck brushing my hair out the way then planting a light kiss against my skin.

"You're gonna wake them up." Nicks harsh mumble cuts through as someone clatters something loudly.

"I'm not fucking trying to." Folio grumbles back with absolutely no volume control and I can't hold back the giggle that escapes me.

"Whatever they're trying to do sounds painfully difficult." Noah murmurs twirling my hair around his fingers.

"It's actually a concern." I reply my voice low, not wanting to out ourselves by speaking too loudly and ruining their surprise.

Outside the room it's suspiciously quiet and I can tell they're even treading lightly on their feet.

"Guys, let's just take a minute." Jolly calmly says obviously trying to control whatever is happening down the hall and right on queue something else thumps against a counter.

"Fuck." Someone hisses followed by a huge sigh.

"Sadie how did you even drop that?" Nick scolds.

"Don't you fucking start lecturing me at this time of the fucking day, I have a fucking hangover from hell and I'm seconds away from losing my shit." Sadie snaps rock accent strong and I can feel Noah biting back a laugh, shoulders shaking as he presses his forehead to my shoulder.

"Why are there so many mugs?" Folio whisper shouts and I hear a cupboard door slam shut.

"Because people drink things? Don't ask dumb questions Folio, I can't deal with that this morning." Sadie groans thick with exhaustion.

"Guys we were supposed to do this as quietly as we can." Jolly reminds them, his tone gentle.

"Yeah, well that's actually pretty fucking difficult, especially with a hangover. Everything seems a lil' lopsided this morning." Nick quickly answers back and I let out a laugh.

"Do you really think that they haven't heard?" Folio asks genuinely, his voice still low.

"Yeah man, Mars a deep sleeper. Y'know what shes like most movie nights and Noah knows better than to wake her." Nick says with confidence that only encourages my laughter.

"Happy almost surprise." Noah mumbles pressing a light kiss to my skin.

"I'm gonna wake them." Folio announces and minutes later there's a small knock on our door. "Hey guys, uh... are you awake?"

"Yeah Folio we're awake." Noah calls back, the humour in his voice obvious.

"Ah, um did you maybe hear that?"

"Yeah dude. We fucking heard all of that."

"Oh shit... I knew we weren't being quite enough." Folio admits, voice sheepish. "Sorry guys... feel free to join us for breakfast."

"Thanks, we'll be out in a minute." I reply forcing myself out of bed, pulling a royal blue knitted jumper over my head and sliding into my crocs.

"Damn baby." Noah smiles looking at me.

"What?" I ask self consciously and Noah nods towards my bump.

"Look at how much your bump has changed just over night." Noah says, his voice full of adoration.
