A/N

Did the last chapter make any sense? I was like half asleep when I wrote it and I have no idea if it made sense or not. Anyway, this is short, I just wanted to update before classes starting giving out a shit ton of homework. Cause school started again. How wonderful. Anyways, enjoy and please vote and comment. Oh, and enjoy this gif of Lexi.

Everything was awkwardly silent. I could see Lexi standing in the doorway to the ballroom, a satisfied smirk on her face. I knew at that exact moment that she had gotten the reaction she wanted. She saw me walk away with Alli and she sent Harry after us. All I wanted was for her to be happy, and here we were, Harry looking like he was ready to walk out on her. It was sad that Lexi and Alli used to be friends, considering Lexi was doing everything she could to make Alli's life a living hell. Even worse than I had.

"I-I... Harry its not-"

"What kind of decision is this? I thought you said he was a dick, but he used to be the highlight of your day?"

"No, Harry you don't-"

"He used to make you happy? I thought you were friends. Were you friends with benefits or some shit like that?" I stood silent as Harry's face continued to twist in hurt and betrayal and most prevalently confusion.

"No!"

"Then what the hell is going on?"

"I just... it's just-"

"She's in love with Luke, Harry. Sorry to break it to you." Alli's face fell, Harry's jaw clenching and my jaw dropping as Lexi just strolled up to us, arms crossed.

"W-what?" Harry asked, voice sounding as defeated as he looked. It was the same look that I had witnessed when he once walked in on me and Lexi. I mean, how the hell was I supposed to know they were practically together? She didn't say shit, and she instigated it. I was in no way wrong in my actions that night.

"She's been in love with him for who knows how long." Lexi said shrugging.

"N-no Harry-" Alli tried, Lexi cutting her off once again.

"Yes Harry. Luke even got her to admit it."

"What?" Both Harry and Alli looked to me, my face scrunched in confusion this time. What the hell is she talking about?

"The night he kissed her, when he was supposedly drunk, he faked it all. He got to confess her love for him." Lexi laughed bitterly, shaking her head at me. "The freak loves someone who could never love her back."

"W-what?" This time Alli's voice seemed defeated. She looked at me, eyes brimming with tears before she shook them away. "You know what? Whatever. I'm sorry Harry, I'll call you. I have to go." She pushed past Lexi, Harry only shaking his head as he watched her go.

"You're just going to let her leave like that?" I asked him, bewildered he would let her walk out all upset like that. I mean, sure he may have overheard the wrong thing, but they're still together. He shouldn't let her walk out like that for something that she didn't even do. He shouldn't be mad or upset with her when she literally didn't do anything.

"Why not?" He mumbled, shaking his head before walking past Lexi and back into the party. I stared after him, my jaw on the floor. What the hell?

"Come on Lukey, I reserved us a room, and the party's dying down anyway." Lexi said happily, taking my hand in hers before bringing her lips to my ear. "And I know you'd love to see what I'm wearing under this." She whispered, taking the lobe of my ear between her teeth to tug harshly.
