"I told you it was nothing."

"I just wanted to talk to him, Allison."

"Why?! Did you not trust me? I fucking admitted to you that he kissed me! I didn't lie about it or try to hide it! I told you! And I asked you not to talk to him, but you did anyway!"

"I'm sorry, I just wanted to make sure... I've seen the way you look at him." Harry mumbled, his gaze locked on the road as he drove back to his flat.

"What?"

He sighed heavily, reaching over to take my hand in his. "Did you ever, at all, feel anything for him?"

"Yes." I answered honestly, like I said when I showed up at his flat this morning, I didn't want to lie to him. I wouldn't lie to him. "When we were friends I did."

"And now?"

"Nothing." I must have been a little sleep drunk last night if I thought I felt anything for him. I knew it was all fake, of course all he wanted was someone to fuck. He thought he could get me by saying those three words, and when he couldn't, he went to the person he knew he could get. Asshole.

"I'm sorry." He sighed again, pulling into the parking lot. "I just... I really like you and I really don't want to lose you."

"You aren't." He put the car in park before turning in his seat to face me. He smiled guiltily before leaning in to give me a quick kiss. He grinned as he pulled back, slipping out of the car and coming to open my door. It was the sweet gestures like that that made me like him more. He really was a sweet guy.

"On a lighter note, my cousin is getting married this weekend, I know this is late notice, but I was wondering if you would accompany me?"

"Accompany you?" I giggled at his choice of words, smiling widely as he wrapped his arm around my shoulder to pull me into him.

"Would you be my date to my cousins wedding? That better?"

"Much." I giggled as he rolled his eyes, unlocking his door before pushing me through the frame. "And yes, I would love to accompany you to your cousins wedding."

"You aren't going to let that go, are you?"

"Accompany. It's just such a formal word. Accompany."

"It is a formal event."

"Fair enough." I laughed again as he plopped down on the couch, pulling my hand to pull me down into his lap. Somehow we always end up in this position. Not that I'm complaining.

"Do you want to get married someday?" He asked quietly, running his hands up and down my thighs.

"I do." He chuckled lightly at my attempt of a pun, shaking his head before griping my hips and readjusting me in his lap.

"Do you want kids one day?"

I shrugged, honestly not sure about that question. "I don't know. With the way my parents turned out, I'm not completely sure I do." He just nodded, waiting for me to continue. "I kind of do, just so I can do it right, so I can do everything my parents didn't. If I did ever have kids, I wouldn't want them to feel the way I do, I'd do anything I can to make sure they know they're loved. But I'm afraid I'll turn out just like my parents, giving up on me because I'm not worth it."

"You are, Allison, you are very much worth it." I smiled down at him, pushing my lips against his in a silent thank you. "And for the record, I think you would make a wonderful mother."

I chuckled at that, shaking my head. "I'm not so sure, I've trusted Luke with Savannah for how long now? Four days?" There was a noticeable shift in his expression at the mention of Luke, but he quickly masked it. "Is there another reason you don't like Luke?"
