Becoming Senri's Victim

~Rose's POV~

I looked at Rima and she hand her hands up worried. I look at Takuma and Jason. They looked worn out. It wasn't my imagination. It looked like they've been given a burden. Especially...."Jason...." I said.

'Senri walked to me and smiled cruelly, "Is there something wrong....Rose?" I stepped back and said, "How do you know my name?" My hand made my way towards Sterling. "What do you mean? I've been in the same dorm as you since you came," he said.

I backed up and said, "You....your not Senri..." he tilted his head...his eyes... I widen my eyes and remembered the little boy at the gala, "You have eyes like that little boy..."

His face twisted into a scowl, "That child was your fault," he muttered. I look at Takuma and Jason hoping they'd tell me what exactly he meant but Jason looked away and Takuma walked towards 'Senri'.

"Senri, we need to go see Kaname," he said. Senri gave me a curious desirable look in realization. I didn't know what he meant though which confused me.

Jason made his way up the stairs without saying anything to me and Takuma and Senri followed.

When they turned out of sight I turn to Rima and said, "I need to sit down," she swallowed and nodded. We both sat down. "That's not Shiki," Rima said. We sat in silence with legs reduced to jello from the scary encounter with 'Senri'.

~Jason's POV~ (finally, it's been so long)

I looked at Rose's face as Senri faced her. Usually she'd be worried enough to be afraid for her friends but she stood there talking to Senri. I watched as Rido talked to her too softly for us to hear even though we were right here.

The way she said my name, it had so much emotion to it like, worry, relief, happiness, confusion, fear, and questioning. I wanted to tell her it's okay but it wasn't, I don't think I could talk to her, scared that if I did, I would spill everything.

I found out after we got to the place, who Takuma was going to visit. Ichio was a bit dismayed that I insisted to come along and now...At first when we were outside the door I could hear Rose giggle and everything seemed right...until we went inside. Somehow Rose knew instantly, something was wrong.

We knocked on Kaname's door but Senri just pushed it open and we stood there as Kaname looked out the window.

"Somehow calling you my nephew gives me the creeps," Rido said, "The last time we met was a little more than 10 years ago," When I first learned the truth I didn't know what to do. I'd insisted on coming and now I have to pay the price.

"You hurt me, Kaname," Senri/Rido said. "That body you crushed until there was no resemblance of me. It took ten years to restore it," I looked at Takuma and I remembered the reasons why we burdened ourselves with this job.

"Well, I should be gratefully to the life force of purebloods, that I didn't perish" Rido said, "Oh and by the way, now that my former fiancee, Shizuka, is gone, frankly I'm breathing a sigh of relief,"

How cruel to say such things about his fiancee...."If I had waited for her to be submissive like this kid's mom, I think I'd have waited forever," Rido said. I clenched my fists and thought that Shizuka's will was strong, like Rose's, and that her not being submissive wasn't in the least bit illogical.

"I'm relieved, you haven't changed at all, uncle," Kaname said, "When I kill you, I won't have to hesitate at all,"

Kaname's room suddenly started shaking and the ground started splitting sending sharp splinters toward Senri. I ran in front of Shiki and said, "Lord Kaname! Don't!" When it didn't stop Takuma got in front and everything stopped as he said,
