Truth of the Silvers (Vampire Knight)

S'mores and Hot Chocolate.

~Rose's POV~

I clutched his shoulder hoping that he'd stop right there. I just told him I didn't want to be a vampire didn't I? I griped the pillow even harder hoping that his cold white fangs wouldn't pierce my skin.

It grazed my skin making it tingle and I held my breath and closed my eyes. Then the weight shifted and Kaname got off of me. I let out my breath and looked up with relief. He toyed with my long hair and said,

"Maybe I took your punishment to far," Kaname said, putting his hand to his face calming his thirst. I look at his eyes and they were still red.

I decided that half of what just happened was his vampire instincts. I sat up and said,

"Then you shouldn't have punished me at all," I said trying to lighten the mood, "besides it backfired on my parents too," he chuckled and his eyes returned into their normal colors. "Rose...." he said softly. I smiled and squeezed his hand before I said, "I'm going back to the academy with everyone now. Come when you get bored of this gala,"

Walking out the door I could feel him staring at me but I didn't turn around. But when has my plan ever worked?

"Kaname," I said, turning around. And as I suspected, I was right, he was already looking at me, "Thank you, I understand what you did that for,"

He sadly smiled and said, "Really? Do you?"

I went back downstairs while Jason was waiting practically itching to leave. "I'm leaving with you, Rose, can't stand suits like these," Jason said tugging at his tie until it came loose. I laugh and undid his tie and took it off, "How do you think we feel about heels?" I asked.

Jason shrugged and said, "You don't complain much so I don't really know," I put the tie around me and said, "Ehh? I didn't? Oh well, that's to prove you guys are wimps," and I giggled.

Jason didn't take any of that and said, "No, girls are just more tolerant of pain. It's not the same thing," Hanabusa and everyone came by and were prepared to leave and we all went out.

"Just saying, you couldn't last a day in these boots Jason," I added. He laughed and said, "First of all I can't see myself in heels, and second you're use to it so it wouldn't be fair,"

I grumbled, "point to you," understanding it would be scary to see him in heels. I laughed at the thought and Akatsuki said, "What's with the random subject of Jason cross dressing?"

I laugh even harder and said, "I told Jason that men are wimps and can't even wear his suit without complaining while you don't hear us complain about these heels we have on,"

Hanabusa said, "That's because you and Ruka are use to them while Rima is a model so she shouldn't mind!" pointing out all the weak spots. Suddenly it began to snow, I looked up and tugged on Jason's arm.

"Haha! Look it's snowing!" I said happily, "maybe we could build a snow fort or even have s'mores!" I suggested. Jason looked at me and said, "S'mores?" I nodded my head and he said, "S'mores while it's snowing?" I nodded my head again happily.

He smiled and said, "I'm all in for it. How 'bout it Akatsuki?" he asked Akatsuki since he'd be the one to make our fire in the snow, but not as if Jason couldn't do it.

He smiled and said, "What's to lose?" I jumped in the air and said, "Maybe we could have a snowball fight! It would be so legit with all of you guys playing!"

Ruka tilted her head in confusion, "Snowball fight?" I look at her unbelieving. "You've never been in a snowball fight before?! It's awesome!" I said excited. "Try it! We all split into teams and then make forts out of snow and then throw as much snowballs we could make at each other!"
