Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I'll do better! Sorry if this ones rubbish.

Something wet went across my face, causing me to stir but not open my eyes. I groaned, wiping my face and turning the other way. It was probably my boyfriend Kai doing something devious. The wetness went across my face again.

"Kai," I moaned. "Stop it."

There was no answer. Then Kai nudged my face. "Babe stop it." I giggled. Kai made a cute whimpering sound. A bark was heard and I shot open my eyes. There in front of me was a D/B puppy. I made a confused face.

The puppy barked again and sat in my lap, waging it's cute tail. "Hey little guy, who are you?" I ask, even though I knew dogs can't talk. I saw its collar and saw the name D/N engraved into it. "Well hello D/N. Aren't you a cutie." I smile and petted his/hers head.

She/he barked happily. I got up and brushed my birds nest of hair, picked up D/N and went downstairs. I heard pots and pans being clashed around in the kitchen so I headed over to the room.

When I entered, I saw Kai cooking over the stove. I sat down with D/N in my lap, watching my boyfriend try to cook. He fumbled around with plates which looked adorable. Suddenly, D/N woofed loudly.

Kai jumped and spun around. When he saw me with D/N in my hand he frowned. "Aww she was supposed to be a surprise!" He whined, like a child.

"Well I was certainly surprised when I woke up." I giggle. "What're you doing sweetie?"

Kai held up a plate of burnt food and smiled. "Happy birthday beautiful!" He said, trying to hide his disappointment in his cooking skills.

"Oh yeah! I forgot." I chuckled.

"I knew you would so I got up early and tried to do something nice like breakfast in bed but it didn't go exactly to plan." He joked referring to the charred food.

"Aww it's ok Kai. Its really sweet that you tried really hard for me." I smiled and got up and hugged him. He buried his face into my hair. "I thought it was you licking my face when D/N woke me up" I giggled.

"Seems like something I'd do." Kai shrugged, pulling out of the embrace. We both burst out laughing.

"So how about I make breakfast and we have a movie marathon afterwards?" I smile.

Kai kissed my forehead. "Sounds perfect."

I got up and cooked breakfast which we happily ate. Kai kept staring at me. "What?" I question.

"Nothing you're just extremely beautiful." He smirked.

"And you're extremely cheesy." I giggle and kiss his soft lips.

"Yeah but you love it." He winked flirtatiously.

"I guess I do." I admitted with a laugh. "But you know what I love more?"

"What?" He smirked, raising an eyebrow. Holy hell that was a hot expression.

"You."

"Look who's being cheesy now." Kai chuckled.

Suddenly, D/N broke us out of our flirtatious convocation. I bent down and lifted her up, letting him/her rest on my chest. "What's up sweetie?" I cooed. D/N licked my face causing me to giggle.

"I think Imma teach him/her some tricks today so we can impress you." He half talked to me and half talked to D/N.

D/N barked cheerfully as if to agree. "At least one of you doesn't have to impress me." I smiled mischievously.

"Oh, and which one of us is that?" Kai questioned.

"Why the dog of course." I giggled and kissed D/N, making Kai jealous. He lunged at me and I squealed, turning my back.

Kai tickled me from behind. We laughed and laughed. Then I turned around, holding D/N in Kai's face. "Kill D/N." I commanded playfully. D/N wagged his/her tail and licked Kai's nose.

"Watch out beautiful, we got another psychopath in the house." Kai smirked, sarcastically. I put D/N down and crossed my arms across my chest.

"She's still in training." I smiled.

Kai spent an hour teaching D/N different tricks. I had a shower and changed into fresh clothes. Family and friends rang me up to wish me a happy birthday which was sweet. I'd just finished a call with my mother and walked into the living room where Kai and D/N were.

"Hey handsome, you taught him/her anything yet?" I asked.

"Yup watch." He turned to D/N. "Sit." He commanded and s/he did. "Lie down." S/he did.

"Whoa impressive honey." I smiled.

"Well I am the dominant one." He smirked with a wink.

"Alright Mr. Grey" I giggled back.

"Believe me princess, the best present I'm giving you, you'll get tonight." He grinned seductively.

"But for now, this will have to do." He added and presented me with a box. I took it out of his hands and looked at the nice wrapping paper.

"Aww babe you didn't have to." I said.

"Yeah I did, you're my beautiful girl and I wanted to spoil you." He chuckled.

I carefully unwrapped the box and found a gorgeous necklace which had the first letter of my name and the first letter of Kai's name with a little + in between.

"Oh Kai this is wonderful!" I gasp. He smirked and went behind me, putting the necklace around my neck and fastening it.

"Thank you Kai. This is the best birthday ever." I lean back into him and he wraps his arms around my waist.

"I'm glad you're happy." He nuzzled his face into my neck, kissing down. "Now about that last present." He chuckled.

"Can't wait, let's go." I smile flirtatiously, dragging him upstairs. I can tell you it was the best birthday present ever.
