Dear Diary
I was making use of my Saturday doing the most important thing of all, watching him in the hopes that he would do something new, when he did something which fitted my criteria in both the best and worst way by doing something completely unexpected, partially cleaning his room. He shoved a loose shirt on top of his cupboard, over the empty box which I had hidden the webcam. This was quite obviously terrible, and I now had the perfect opportunity to fix it, as it was the weekend.
I immediately grabbed a few things and walked over to his house. Whatever the exterminators had put down had seemed to spread out a bit, making it safe to hide in his garden. I quickly hid underneath his window, hoping to see that he was there, so that I could see him, but also hoping that he was not there so that I could make my adjustments.
I peeked into his window, ready to quickly slam myself into the cold ground so as to avoid him seeing me. I could not see him, so I quickly ducked under the window and climbed into his room, banging my knee on the window sill as I went in.
The pain was initially quite intense, but it soon faded away to a bearable pressure as I set about finding a new place for the webcam. I looked around his room for a suitable place for the camera when I heard a stomping in the hallway outside. WIth no time to lose I quickly scrambled into the best spot that I could see which would hide someone of my size and height.
Seconds later, the door burst open, and he stepped inside. He carefully closed his door and dumped himself onto his chair, turning on the computer as he did so. I was unable to see most of him, but if I angled my head, I could just see what he was doing on the screen, and his face reflecting off it.
A brisk wind when through, and he preceded to close the window and lock it. This meant my immediate means of escape was now impossible.
He soon let the room, and I quickly made my escape, searching for a means to quickly open the window, unfortunately it required a key to unlock, a key which I had no idea where it was. I attempted to make a quick, quiet and through check of his room for such a key. I checked the draws, which contained nothing but brightly coloured pens and discarded trading cards.
I carefully opened the door, and put as little of my head through as I possibly could. His room was at the end of a hallway. I guessed that the main exit would be down there, but I was not certain.
I heard somebody walking from around the corridor, so I quickly went back to my hiding spot. The dust irritated my nose, and I thought I would sneeze. Luckily, I was able to hold it in as he entered his bedroom, and lay down on his bed. He picked up a book and just read it for hours, until it was time for him to eat dinner. I knew that this was probably going to be my best time to escape, so I got out from under the bed, and snuck down the hallway. The door to exit the house was in clear view of the dining room, making that route impossible. I did a quick survey of as much of the house that I could without disturbing anything or making too much noise.
I heard the sounds of dinner ending, and he returned to his bedroom. Unfortunately I did not have enough time to return to under his bed. This left me with the option to continue exploring his house for a means to escape which I gladly took.
None of the rooms of any of his siblings provided a chance for me to escape. He left his room to retrieve something from another location of the house. I quickly returned to underneath his bed, hopeful that he might open the window again. He did not. When he returned, I heard him get dressed into a new change of clothes. Turning off the light he got into his bed and fell asleep.
My thoughts were on the line of sarcastic satisfaction. How would I be able to get out now. Twisting to try and find a more comfortable position, I also slept, hoping for a chance to escape tomorrow.
