Dear Diary
Bear and I had a free class just before lunch. We spent this time in the library. It turned out that we were not the only people with the hour to do whatever we chose. So did My Secret Admirer.
He had managed to arrive before we did, and was doing something on his laptop. It did not appear to be school work, as he was typing far faster than any sort of school work would require. He had chosen a spot which allowed for him to remain largely hidden, and was not able to be seen from most positions that other people might choose in the library. Most spots, that is. Bear and I saw this as a perfect opportunity to see just what he did on the laptop of his.
We sat in the chairs to see what he was doing, carefully ducking our heads so that he could not see us. We got some school work out to make it look like we were actually doing something, and started to take a look at what My Secret Admirer was actually doing.
Neither Bear nor I understood what was going on. There seemed to be four or five windows open, all with scrolling code, coloured bright green. He seemed to understand what was going on, as he was constantly adjusting them, switching from window to window. I took a chance and got out my phone, and recorded everything that was happening. I planned to slow the video down at home to a level which would allow me to see what his computer was actually doing. I hoped that it would shed some light on him, but I doubted it. Nothing else had explained anything about him either.
