Tuesday, 30th August 2016 - Installing the Bins

Dear Diary

The recycling bins are put into the school, although they are just cardboard boxes which have been put into each classroom. Bear and Lion put their surveillance devices on the bins. They now have eyes and ears in every classroom. Even if the speakers burst, the camera is still fine.

For its first action to improve the school, the student council was putting the recycling bins into the school. They were being placed in the school today, next to the standard garbage bins. I was very surprised with how quickly the school had gotten organized with something like this. It was a perfect time for Bear and I however, as it provided an easy way to get eyes and ears into every section of the school simultaneously.

I met up with Bear before school, she gave me a selection of the devices, in case only one of us found where the bins were being stored.

"Do you know where they are being kept?" she asked.

"No" I said, "Although there could only really be one place for them to be."

"Where would that be? She inquired, glancing over her shoulder. Obviously she was still worried about My Secret Admirer's listening devices picking up her sound, even though we had specifically picked this location for it's lack of devices.

"The storage room, it's the only place large enough to fit twenty five bins which are not in the way."

She nodded in agreement, requesting one last piece of information.

"When will they be moving the bins?"

"They are planning on installing them after school today, so lunch is probably our best time to go."

She agreed, and we both said that we would meet up outside the storage room before lunch.

Lunch came by, and just as we had planned, I met up with Bear.

"If somebody walks in" I told her "You need to hide, I can say I am doing something as part of the student council, but you have no excuse. If they find you, they will know something is up". She nodded in agreement, saying nothing, as if that would keep any any near by teachers.

I walked inside the room first. All of the recycling bins were...cardboard boxes? That would explain how the school had organized them so fast. Bear and I set to work, installing one of the devices on each box. It was a small camera and microphone that Bear had crafter together. It was extremely small, and she was quite confident that nobody would even know that it was there. Even so, she had taken measures on the devices, although she told me that it was best if I don't know. I was going to object, based upon yesterday's conversation about talking in the organization, but I decided that, just this time, she might have a point.

It took most of lunch, but we did get all of the devices installed. We left just as lunch ended, pleased with our success.
