Thursday, 1st September 2016 - Return of Sport Day

Dear Diary

Just as most Thursday's were, today was once again Prey's sport day. In recent history, I have been forced to participate in this. Luckily, this time was now over. With the Network now back in full operation, I decided that today I would watch him play sport again.

Previously I had hidden inside the bushes which overlooked the sports field. However, the time that he caught me there had lead me to think of a different solution.

Before I went to school in the morning, I collected a video recording device from the dwindling supply. Soon it would need to be replenished.

I kept the camera in my pocket for most of the day. When it was lunchtime, I walked out to the sports field, and placed it on a pole which overlooked the field. I positioned it so that it would pick up as much of the action as possible.

I also continued to talk to the boy that Bear had introduced me to. I found him very interesting to talk to. I was definitely thinking about talking to him about being the third member of the network.

I spent the rest of the school day at school. When it was over, I found a new place at the sports field which would allow me to watch them play without being seen.

For another hour, I watched Prey play his sport. It was marvellous.

When it was over, I collected the camera. I took it home and re-watched everything that had happened.
