Wednesday, 6th July 2016 - Freeze

True to the words of the news reporter from the previous day, no more snow did fall today. Even so, it was still ridiculously cold and I stayed home once again. So did my parents, they said the roads had too much ice on them to drive safely, and expected that the news for tonight would talk about many accidents which will happen as a result of that.

I spent most of the day with my parents trying to make the house more appropriate to living in for the colder weather. We placed sand all over the house so as to avoid slipping, and melted the ice from some of the denser packed areas of ice. We used a hair dryer for that with moderate success. While this was quite fun and mostly effective, it did leave us needing a new hair dryer by the end of it.

After all of this was done, and I had done an amount of schoolwork, I prepared for my outing tomorrow, that is, the one of watching Him as he plays sport. I thought that, as it was very cold outside, I would need a mat to sit on, along with some very warm jumpers. I collected all of these and spent most of my time before sleeping thinking about all of the possible ways that it could go tomorrow. And I played with Biscuit.
