Tuesday, 8th November 2016 - Student Council is Back
Dear Diary
During one of the earlier classes, we received another assessment task. That brought our total for most of us up to two, although the teachers assured us that this was going to get significantly larger in the following few days. It didn't seem to be too difficult, and should be able to be completed soon. Regardless, I was still going to leave it to basically the last minute.
The student council was back on today. I was going to be in it until some time towards the end of next term. The meetings themselves had not been that enjoyable, but I had been able to make good use of the fruits of its actions. This week, they continued to talk about the security cameras. They'd been talking about that for so long, why would they not just put them in already. They spent several times trying to find problems to fix. The main problem with that was that they were just making up problems to fix for the most part. Everything which was brought up was unimportant and unnecessary. Eventually somebody said something that was kinda sorta useful, about the lack of chairs to sit on outside. They started to talk about that for some time. All the while, Prey seemed rather distant at the meeting. He wasn't actively participating in the process, mainly nodding when people spoke to him. I wondered what was bothering him.
