Chapter 48

Grayson P.O.V.
I pulled over at Sam's house and went back to mine. I parked my car in the drive way and carried Lucy inside my house.

"You ok?" I asked.

"Uhuh" she replied.

"You can sleep in my room tonight".

"But where will you sleep?"

"I'll sleep on the couch".

"You sure you don't want me to sleep on the couch?".

"Nope, you'll sleep in my bed and that's final".

"Haha,alright."

I got in my room and laid her on my bed covering her body with the blankets.

"If you're cold, feel free to wear my sweater". I said as I put my sweater on the sheets.

"Alright thanks Grayson".

"Goodnight" I said kissing her forehead.

"Night".

I turned off the lights and got out of my room. I took some blankets, took off my tuxedo leaving myself shirtless and slept on the couch.

The next morning..
10 am..

I woke up and made some breakfast. I got in my room with a platter of food in my hands.

"Morning sweetie" I said with a soft voice.

She slowly opens her eyes and smiles as she sees me walking towards her.

"Morning gray, what are you doing?" She asked.

"I made you breakfast" I said sitting on the bed and put the platter next to her.

"Aww, you really didn't need to" she said smiling.

"You're my best friend, I'll do anything for you" I said smiling.

"Thanks, best friend" she said kissing my forehead.

"Well, I'm going to get ready. You stay here and eat ok?"

"Hey I'm not 5 anymore!".

"Of course you are" I said leaving the room.
I got in the living room and saw Ethan making himself some tea.

"Morning bro" I said.

He turns around and smiles.

"Morning gray,want some breakfast?"

"No I'm good,I'll just take a shower."

"Alright".

I then went in my bathroom and took a shower.

Lucy P.O.V.

Why the fuck did Aaron slapped yesterday night? God I hate him so much..
Good heavens I have my friends to be there for me. Grayson is honestly the sweetest.

I ate my breakfast and took a pill that Grayson left on his nightstand. I slowly tried to get up but my waist was still swollen.

"Ow" I said falling down.

I slowly got back up and laid down on the bed.

Grayson P.O.V.
I got out of the shower,wrapped my towel around my waist and head in my room so I can change myself.

"Hey you ok?"

"Yeah.." She replied.

"Ok,can you please look away. I'm gonna get dressed."

"Haha,alright".

She hides her face with the blankets as I quickly got dressed.

"Alright, you can look now".

She takes the blankets out of her face.

"Gray,I think I'm gonna stay at Sam's for a bit" she said.

"Ok,as long as you're fine".

"Don't worry, I will".

"Did you take a pill?".

"Yeah".

"Alright."

I helped her to get up and out to the door.

"Hey bro-".

"Ethan?" She said.

"Lucy? What are you doing here?"

"Nothing, I was just leaving" she said pulling away from me and walks out.

Lucy P.O.V.
"Ow..ow..ow" I said as I walked out.

I then sat on the bench that was on the sidewalk and texted Sam:
Text: Sam
"Hey Sam,can you pick me up?"

"Sure, I'm on my way"

"Alright,see ya".
