Well...we have exhausted our ingredients for our foods...satisfied nang customers...and produced so much profit for the four of us. And now...our problem is how we could spend our night here in Malolos, Bulacan?
"Umm...Alex...can you check for any cheapest hotels in the city?" I then pointed to my cellphone that he is holding right now.
"Oh...OK!"
Alex scans through my phone and opens the traffic app that we used to get here earlier this morning. The app has a feature of finding a hotel/inn with the lowest rates. After a few moments, the app finally found one...
"Oh! Here it is! It's just nearby." Alex pointed the location of the nearest hotel found in the app. "Alice, you just need to find the rotunda just beyond the church compound, okay?"
"Yep!" I opened the food truck's engine and shifted gears so we can finally merge with the oncoming...and fast going traffic. We quickly noticed the rotunda and...with the help of the app...take a left turn to reach the nearest hotel. The staff is very kind in helping us in parking our truck in the parking area within the hotel's premises.
For the night, we afford budget rooms that they had. Unfortunately, those rooms can carry only two persons...so while Claire and Danica will stay in one room...I have no choice but to live with...Alex on the other...
"Umm...Alex...is it alright...if I will sleep with you here tonight?" I shyly asked him...because I'm a little paranoid. "Well...it's just...I'm a little bit scared...I mean, I'm not ready to sleep with the boys."
"Oh! OK, sure." Alex turned to me and smiled. "If you think that I look like something who gonna hurt a girl like you...oh, come on! I'm not like that...don't call me that, please?"
"Hehehe! I'm not calling you that!" I giggled at him. "Alright, alright. I trust in you, okay?"

Since we have eaten our dinner while we are doing business in our food truck earlier, the only thing that I did is use the bathroom to take a quick shower before we go to bed...
But...awkwardness never leaves us...even Alex promise not do so, especially when I forgot to bring my clothes into the bathroom....

Alice's humming filled the lonely night here in the hotel. I always smile everytime she hums that beautiful tune especially while she's makes her cooking earlier in our food truck. It always feels to me that life...even most of the time complicated...always have a way to make it better...
