Alex's POV:

"Alex! Alex...wake up!"

Huh? What's going on! It's still early in the morning!

"Alex! We're gonna be late! We will go early to our next destination for a request!"

Alright! Alright! I'm waking up! As I let myself go from the blanket, I saw Alice already up, clothed and ready to go.

"Good morning, Alex! Hehehe!" Alice smiled at me and giggled. "You're the only one we're waiting for. Take a bath and wear up, okay?"

I quickly take a quick bath and change my clothes from my baggage. Well, this is the second day of our road trip...and we are getting a huge profit. How much, you ask? Around P10,000.

"Oh! By the way, Alice. What's the request is all about?" I curiously asked her.

"Well...it came from our last customer last night." Alice explains the request. "He said that he wanted us to cook for his relatives in a fiesta in Angeles. Good thing that it's our next destination."

"OK, but how can we cook, since we have exhausted all of our ingredients for us to make our dishes?"

"Alex, we don't have to buy ingredients for that!" Alice wears a smile of assurance to me. "We just need to apply what we have cooked in the food truck to add some dishes to their feast."

"Hehehe! Alright, if that's the case."

Paying all the fees of the hotel and packing things up, Alice, Danica, Claire and I board the food truck and start our one hour travel into the city of Angeles, Pampanga.

Alice Flonne's POV:

"Oh! By the way, Alex. About the last customer that we deal last night...he was managed to move on." I told my friends about the status of the customer's problem. "He promised to me that he will go to church to pray more often....and when he asked me to how about his love life...I just tell him to back off for a while. Hehehe! I actually don't know how he got my phone number...unless you have something to do with it!"

Alex grinned at me...expressing that he did passed my phone number to that customer...perhaps he whispered it when they walked together to the church last night....sigh...I should let it slide...since I'm helping the customer to start over again.

To go to our destination, we entered the same expressway that we've passed yesterday morning. Once again, fresh air from the vast green fields filled our nostrils...establishing a cool and vibrant mood as I drive my way into our next destination.

"Alice..."

"What is it, Alex?" I smiled at him.

"I just learned a secret from you." Alex calmly told me. "But...I hope that you won't be mad at me..."

"Well...if that secret is not sensitive for me to be disclosed then...I won't be mad at you."

Alex then comes closer to my ear and whispered...

"Last night, Claire told me that you once eat fast food...is that true? How about what you said that you hated fast food because your father died because of it..."

Well...I understand that secret...it's not sensitive for me. And to answer the Alex's confusion over my contradicting statements...

"Well...I still hate fast food...but if you ask me why I eat those...well I don't know...I was in the middle of the depression back then...I'm not relying to make something just for myself..."

"Ooh...I'm sorry if I let you remind that..." Alex lowered his voice and apologize.

"Huh? Why are you apologizing? In fact, I'm glad that somebody like you...and Claire...understands my past. And for that...thank you! Hehehe!

We exit the expressway straight to the city of Angeles. It's already a rush hour traffic when we arrived there...

"Alice, do you know where is the place our customer is referring to?" Danica asked me as we are stalled in a red traffic light.

"Hmm...let's see..." I scanned my phone for the customer's text. "Oh, there it is! He said that it's located at the...umm...San Lorenzo Village?"

"San Lorenzo Village?" Danica then smiled as she is telling us she was once been in that place. "Don't worry, I got this!"

I rely on Danica for directions...guiding me into the busy roads of the city. I saw people walking into the large businesses standing in each side of the road...high end restaurants to very fancy hotels...to big industry that produces machines, electronic chips, among others

After minutes into traffic, we arrived into the gate of San Lorenzo Village. But we have difficulties of going in...

"Ladies...what's you're business here in San Lorenzo Village?" A guard patrolling in the gate asked us.

"Sir, we were invited by your resident to come here." Claire answered the question for me. "He said that we will help cook in a fiesta there.

"But do you know who is that person?"

"Uuuummm....."

"Ladies, I'm very sorry but we need to know the name of the resident...and his letter of authorization to I let you in." The guard at the gate explains. "It's part of our security measures for the safety of our village."

Great...now we're stuck here in the gate...I got to call that customer to get us out of this mess...oh, wait...never mind, he's coming right now...he's off to the guard of the gate and talked to him...within moments...the guard finally opened the gate for us to enter the village...and I stopped to pick the customer up...

"Hehehe! I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I forgot about how security our village is." The customer scratched his head in embarrassment. "By the way, my name is James Carlos Villanueva, nice to meet you guys."

"Yep. Same here." I smiled back at him. "It's fine, we still not getting used with this place."

Now, it's the customer....I mean James turn to guide me into the streets of his village...and finally...we stopped in front of his house...we're there are lots of people staying and eating food...as they are celebrating their fiesta.

"Uh oh...."
