I'm having a wonderful Japanese conversation with the little girl while she enjoys a serving of Alice's delicious beef callos. Alice herself, on the other hand, was curiously listening to us.
"Umm...ehehehe...Alice, how about you talk to the little girl." Embarrassed, I offered my friend some light talk. "By the way, her name is Akari Hoshizora and she's a tourist here in Iligan."
Alice blushed and didn't say anything...instead, she waved her hand to Akari...which was reciprocated with another wave and a bright smile.
"Alice, Akari says that she understand some English so you could ask her some questions." I translated what the little girl is saying to Alice.
" ところで、姉。私はオタクだと私はアニメが大好き！"
"Alice, Akari says she is an otaku and she loves anime."
And from that moment, Alice's senses tingled...
"Wait, you love anime?!?!" Alice eyes sparkled when she asks Akari. "I absolutely love anime, too!"
Akari nods as the little conversation between her and Alice started, in which I helped by translating...and I also eavesdropped. Hehehe! The two otaku girls agrees in so many things...they like romantic comedy and fantasy action genres. Akari also plays cosplay back in Japan and Alice is very curious about it.
"Akari says that it's not easy to be a cosplayer, you need much money to buy all the stuff you need to imitate your character of your choice." I relayed the message to Alice. "But as long as you have passion for it, just like in your cooking, I'm very sure that you will gonna enjoy it."
"Hmm...I see." Alice reacts with a grin. "I know what I'm gonna do if this road trip will be finished...I will gonna try to be a cosplayer, just for once! Hehehe!"
"Ehehehe...you go for it, girl!" I motivated Alice. "At least, you something that you could do aside from cooking. Show your stuff, Alice!"
But as I motivate the homemade cooking chef/ cosplay aspirant...ehehehe...I noticed Akari pulling out something in her bag that she carries...it was a blond wig and some random costume...
" 姉、私はあなたのためにいくつかの衣装を持っています!"
"Alice, Akari says that you could try some costumes." I inform her about the offering.
Akari then hands over the costumes to Alice...and quickly puts them off...let alone that the customers that ordering Alex's orders is watching over the two of them all the time.

"Umm...Ho-how do I look?"
"OH MY GOSH, ALICE!!! YOU'RE SO CUUUTE!!!!"
Alex'sPOV:
Just as Danica shouts some random words, my customers take a look at...wait! What the?!?! Is she Flonne...wearing a kitty maid costume?!?! Ha! Never mind...this won't be enough to make my custom-whaaaa!!!!
"Hey...that lady is pretty adorable!" One of my customers commented. "How about we go to her and check it out?"
From one...it became many...slowly, my customer base begins to decline in favor of the...umm...my cute little kitty maid...I mean Flonne. Through the rest of the day, I was never able to catch up with her...in a split second, because of her transformation into an otaku cosplay geek, I lost the momentum...and eventually, lost tje match by a landslide.
"Hehehe! I win this time, Lexi!" Flonne teases me. "If it wasn't for Akari's costume, I can't stand a chance against...you...huh?"
That's when she realized...that I stared at her too much because of her cute outfit...
"Lexi! Hey, Lexi!!!" She waves her hand to attract my attention.
"Whoa! So-sorry, Flonne! It's just...umm...attracted to your outfit...you look...very cute to me."
"Oh...umm...re-really? Well...thanks. Hehehe!" My fiance Flonne blush and giggles in response, then turns to her Japanese friend. "Akari-san, thank you so much for lending this costume. "I couldn't done anything better without you."
"Alice, Akari accepts your gratitude to her." Danica translates what little girl is saying. "Though, if you want, you could keep those costume just in case you need it."
"Yaay! Thank you, Akari!" Flonne responds to her with a big and tight hug then turns to me. "Umm...Lexi...I'm just thinking...if the food trip is finished...or I won't have time for my cooking...can I o some cosplay for awhile, please?"
"Hmm? I didn't say I'm not allowing you...nor I say a single word to you. Hehehe!" I chuckled as her face blushed. "Well then, carry on...do if you really want it. In fact, you can look very cute."
"Oh! Re-really? Ehehehe...thank you Lexi. At least, I won! Huehehe!!!"
Well, I didn't refute back. Instead, I smiled at her and admire at the cute kitty cosplay costume that she wears right now. As her fiance and future wife, I should always motivate her and cheer for her...because I know that Flonne is always ready to do more than just cooking....starting with this cosplay.
