Its been a few weeks since the serious talk with Gavin and he now always gives me looks, showing his caring feelings towards me. I really loved the thought that Gavin was being such a sweetheart about everything. Even though its been almost three years since my long break-up with Will, my feelings towards a relationship at the moment were thin. I just wasn't ready yet.

Michael and Gavin were going to be filming a Rage Quit today in Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs. They were setting up behind me while I edited the AHWU for next week. The only people in the Achievement Hnter office were Michael, Gavin, and I. Geoff had to leave because Millie was coming down with some type of sickness, Jack was busy with his now fiance, Caiti, Ray was just too damn lazy to come in today, and Ryan was in the hospital with his wife who was about to give birth to their daughter.

"God damnit, Gavin. You set it up wrong! Look at this shit! It's all messed up!" I heard Michael yell. Shuffling sounds erupted from behind me and I turned to see Michael struggling with Gavin who was trying to fix his mess. "No, Stupid! Not like that!" I laughed quietly to myself and stood up and walked over to them.

"What's the problem? You guys haven't even started filming yet."

"Gavin tangled the fucking cords all together and it's impossible to get them back to normal again." Michael sighed. I chuckled and grabbed the tangled mess and began to unwind everything. In less than no time I had the cords perfectly straight.

"There you go, dummies." I smiled and left the office, not wanting to have my ears ringing after Michael's loud yelling. I deicded to head into Burnie's office and check up on him. He was sitting at his desk looking over some paperwork. He looked up when I peeked my head in, a smile spreading on his face instantly.

"Hey, Jane. What's up? I'm just doing some paperwork for future conventions." He motioned for me to sit in the chair across from him. I sat down and smoothed out my ruffly, pink skirt. This morning I had decided to dress girly once again, wearing all pink and having my hair extra curled with a white bow on the top of my head.

"Nothing's up really. I just wanted to leave the AH office since Michael is going to be filming a Rage Quit soon."

"Oh great. Well, it's in his contract. Can't really argue with him on Thursdays." We both laughed and talked for about an hour. My body soon became drained and exhausted for some reason and I was slumped in the chair. My mind became fuzzy and distant, hardly focusing on Burnie's talking.

"Jane, you okay?" He asked. He was pretty much the only person who didn't call me Jay or any other nickname. I nodded stiffly and sat up a little straighter in my chair.

"Yeah, just starting to feel a bit dizzy." I struggled to say.

"You wanna go home and rest for a little? Remember, you're on the podcast tonight." He watched me warily, believeing I was going to tip over any second.

"Uh, sure. Yeah that'd be great." I stood up slowly and walked out of his office, rubbing my temples. I walked inside the AH office and collected my things.

"Where're you going?' asked Gavin. Their Rage Quit filming session had ended a while ago and still no one else was in the office.

"I'm not really feeling well. I'm kind of lightheaded. Burnie said I could go home for a bit and rest before the podcast."

"Well, you shouldn't be driving if you're feeling woozy. I'll give you a ride." said Michael and grabbed his keys that were next to the mini Tower of Pimps he won last week.

"Thanks." I smiled and looked over at Gavin. "Wanna tag along?"

"Nah. I have a meeting with these tech people in about five minutes. I'll see you for the podcast?" I nodded and waved goodbye to him. I followed Michael to the front and hopped in his car once we reached it.
