Morning Sunshine (Drabble) II Any x Reader

You pick the bæ

The sun streamed down as you opened your heavy eyes. A red and gold plaid blanket was sprawled partly over your body, and another third was draped over the handsome male's body that lay behind you. The last third was pooled around your feet and partly on the floor, due to your slight kicking at night.

The basketball player let out a deep groan as you turned towards him, thus shifting the blanket and exposing his shut eyes to the light that he detested. One of his eyes cracked open and quickly glued itself shut upon seeing how bright it was in comparison to the darkness that sleep offered.

You turned to inspect the man that now lay beside you. Rose lips that were slightly pouted led up to a strong nose that was a nice balance to the crinkled eyelids that hid the eyes that you loved looking at everyday.

Leaning forward a tad bit, you pressed your lips against his and smiled into the sweet kiss. When your eyes opened, you were greeted with his glimmering ones that seemed to be fully awake now.

"'Morning, handsome," you whispered. He turned his head away to save his pride, but you still faintly saw the pale blush that greeted his cheeks. Snuggling into his neck, you continued, "How about we sleep in instead of doing anything?"

This fully caught your boyfriend's attention. "What? No! You woke me up, and I'm hungry, woman! I'm making food,"

He slipped on a pair of bunny slippers that you'd bought him as a joke a few month ago, and trudged out of the room. You hoisted yourself out of bed before following. He was a darling, but in the mornings, he wasn't the most observant and could burn anything and everything.

Ah, just another normal morning...

I tried making this a bit different, but I think I may do more of these in the future...

Ahhhh today was stressful and I'm kinda proud that I finish ALL of my hw but it took all day and was the absolute worst
