Aomine allowed a disgruntled look to cross over his face as he caught sight of the fiery redhead accompanying Kuroko. A matching scowl crossed over Kagami's face, and Kuroko just released a sigh. "Do we have to do this again?"

Both men looked over at Kuroko when he spoke, and then resumed their glaring. "It's not my fault this aho decided to ruin my birthday. This is just payback."

"Well, BaKagami, at least I was invited last time to the party. If you could even call your pitiful excuse that." Aomine turned and headed inside the bar. He waved at a frilly woman standing near the entrance, her long and red nails fanning her face as she squealed to one of her friends.

"Well, are you coming, Tetsu?"

"Yes, I am. Come on, Kagami-kun, the others should be waiting," Kuroko stalked ahead, but paused when he noticed Kagami hadn't moved. "What's wrong?"

The tall redhead nearly bust a vein. He had an idea who the others were, but he was praying that he was wrong. After all, they were a bunch of stuck up assholes. "The others?" He inquired.

"Yes, I thought I mentioned they would be here. I'm sure I mentioned that the other Generation of Miracles would be celebrating."

"No. I think you forgot to mention that."

"Oh," Kuroko didn't even look apologetic. A sadistic edge crept into his voice, and Kagami knew he was done for. "I thought you knew that Aomine had at least a few friends."

Ah, Kagami was in for a night filled with assholes.

(Get your mind out of the gutter.)

Akashi nodded at Kagami in kindness, but only did speak to Kuroko in greeting. "Good evening, Tetsuya. Why is Kagami here?"

Everyone seemed to pay even more attention to what Kuroko was going to say, and Kagami was aware that only one person seemed to be focused on him- Kuroko. What a good, kind friend he was.

"Actually, I'm not sure. Why don't you ask him?" Never mind what he thought earlier. Kagami now had a burning hatred for the person he called his shadow.

"I came to give Aomine a taste of revenge," and because he couldn't help himself, he muttered under his breath: "I'm pretty sure I've made you experience that feeling before."

A jab to the stomach alerted Kagami that saying that probably wasn't the smarter thing to do. Midorima certainly had taken offense to the comment, and that was proven by the strong hit Kagami had received. "God dammit. What's your issue?"

"I'm sorry, but Kagami isn't very good at interacting with people." Kuroko sipped at the apple vodka in his glass. Many didn't realize, but Kuroko had a seriously strong alcohol tolerance, and it took a lot to get him drunk.

"Says you. And how many friends do you have?" Kagami was starting to let the liquor get to his head. Wait, he had alcohol?

"Yes. I have a lot of friends-" he gestured to the people sitting around the small table, "-look at all of them." His straight face didn't help his statement, and just made it funnier and sadder.

"Wait, Kuro-chin," everyone turned to Murasakibara, except for the fuming Kagami. "When did you get a drink? I want one..."

"I took it from the counter over there. It said 'Happy Birthday' so I took one."

"Um," Akashi finally was able to make sense of what was occurring, "no one likes Aomine enough to get him a table full of drinks."

"Hey! I'm a likable person."

"In your dreams, Ahomine."

"Stay out of this BaKagami!"

"But is that safe to drink, nanodayo?" Midorima rang with reasonability, and everybody at the table paused. Kuroko stared at the glass he'd previously been drinking from.

"Well, the little cupcakes on the same table say 'Happy Birthday, Cathy!' on them, so I'm fairly sure they're okay to eat."  Akashi was also looking at Kuroko's cup, but noticeably relaxed when Kise spoke.

"Wait." Murasakibara drawled, his voice sounding slightly interested in what was happening. "I want cupcakes."

Midorima sighed. "Go ahead, nanodayo."

"Where's Aomine?"

"Jesus Christ and a half, give a man a warning when you speak, Kuroko."

"It just shows how good of a friend you are with him, nanodayo."

"Not true. I'm closer to him than you!"

"Shut up!" Kise was starting to get a bit tipsy from his martini, and always was unaware when he spoke his mind. This was sometimes a problem when Akashi was involved in a conversation with him, but he seemed to be busy criticizing people's dance moves while giving them scores. Murasakibara, with his plate of cupcakes, was munching steadily while helping judge.

"Hmm, make me." Aomine's casual comment made Kise blush, and Kagami took out his phone.

"Really?" Kise stood up. "Maybe I will,"

"I'm gonna make you regret saying that," Kagami groaned as he heard the whispered words, and had to think of random things to get rid of those thoughts running through his head.

"Maybe you won't regret a thing..." Aomine's voice trailed off as he disappeared into the crowd with Kise, all of the other Miracles waving goodbye.

"Well, I'm going to need to get really drunk to forget that, nanodayo."

"Cheers and Amen." Akashi chimed in. What liquor was he drinking to make his drink so strong? Kagami needed a bucketful of that after what he just saw.

"Ugh, my head hurts like hell."

"Shut up, Ahomine."

"You know what, Bakagami? I'm done. Why are you still here?" Aomine stood up. "If you don't leave me alone, I'll tell the others about what happened at the bar a few weeks ago."

Kagami smirked, setting Aomine on edge. "Well, if you do that-" he took out his phone and found a video from the previous night, "- I'll have to show all of your teammates this."

"WHAT THE HELL? WHAT TYPE OF PERVERT RECORDS STUFF LIKE THAT??"

"A pervert wanting revenge." Kagami paused. "Wait, shit- that came out wrong. I didn't mean that!"
