Kise has the softest legs ever, and he's very proud of that. He waxes them, and they look phenomenal. Even though he has pale leg hair, he can overhear the GoM trying to figure out if his hair is really pale, or gone. Kuroko is the only one that knows he waxes, but that's because he literally snuck up and petted Kise's legs, thus scaring the shit out of Kise and confirming his suspicions.
Kuroko just really wants to know when Midorima is going to go crazy trying to figure out what's going on with Kise's legs, and when Midorima himself if going to tackle Kise to stroke his legs.
