Kise's leg was bleeding once (he'd fallen down and gotten a bad cut) and it bled through his pants. When he went to the bathroom, he saw he'd bled through his pants, and started freaking out and asking for help from the GoM.
They all laughed because Kise is a guy without a vagina, and was just being an idiot. To this day, they don't let him live that down.
