Akashi hates planners, but only keeps one on his desk for show so his father doesn't get angry at him. Instead, he writes his lists and events on multi-colored sticky notes.
If it's not an impending and pressing event, it goes on a dark blue note (bc Aomine is lazy af)
If it's important and going to be terrible if ignored, it gets green (bc Midorima is a salty butthole)
If it's something happy, or a reminder of a special thing, it gets light blue (bc Kuroko is a cutie)
And if it's red, it's an event that Akashi is going to turn up to and screw everyone's life over
Akashi even has special, custom made, people shaped sticky notes that he uses if he's meeting up with someone. He just colors their hair with a marker (and makes the skin darker if it's Aomine)
